as someone with lactose intolerance, i loved that i was able to choose my milk preferences (chose oat milk) it was great that i was able to get my order through mobile order which allowed me to properly browse through the options instead of hurriedly choosing one out of pressure. loved the 1-for-1 deal the app offered to new users! and the point system ($18 = 18 points, can collect free coffee at ~98 points) is a splendid idea as well!

NOT TO GET: the sea salt caramel… drink was too salty and had a very extremely salty aftertaste that lingers in your mouth. however, it was a good attempt i guess? the whipped top with caramel drizzle was...

I am Farah, today (27/11/2023) at 12:48pm, I visited one of your branch at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru. My husband and I was well welcomed by two of your excellent baristas name Aiman and Darwish.

Normally i would order Buttercream Latte, but they passionately suggest us with New York Cheese Latte and Buttercream Dark Choco with extra shot that were so scrumptious until we both hope that it is not a seasonal drinks.

The customer service they provided was exceptional! Their attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. Thank you for making my experience so positive! 🌟

I know it’s a grand opening.. but pls be prepared and be mindful..it’s not even Saturday or Sunday which you’d have a handful.. it’s a bloody weekday for crying out loud. Checked the location on Google mentioned third floor.. then I parked at 3rd floor and then it turned out the store’s actual location is on ground floor. Then after queuing they told me it’s cash only. I went to the ATM and got cash then went to Q again only to be told buttercream latte is out of stock… REALLY TESTING MY PATIENCE.

Is it really that difficult to display ‘CASH ONLY’ or ‘BUTTERCREAM LATTE IS SOLD OUT’?Really?
