Bad experience on 29 January 2025 around 11 pm to 1 am. Dining in n was told food will be serve at least waiting time 1 hr. Theres a lot if waiter n waitress but non of them welcome us. Standing for 5 min n was told sitting arrangements is by ourself. While standing for 5 min, in fornt of our door is ther food table that is prepare before sent to customer, theres this guy who keep shouting n scolding his staff Infront of customer. Basically while i observe , he will scold his staff when they do wrong or serve wrongly or didn't explain properly to customer. When i said scolding means really shout and make all the customers there look at them instead of feeling thats is not right to so, he basically had a proud feeling about people looking at him n felt agree to what he do. He even scolded most of his staff in front of customers table. When i ask the staff that serve us, she said he is the manager n yes he will keep shouting n scolding staff publicly. I feel that this verbal abuse n is not a good reputation for lepak corner. As a manager he should manage staff properly. They dia fault call them at the back n not using words to abuse them. While sitting there for at least 2 hr, all we hear is his anger voice scolding loudly.
Food wise i can say ok but we all dont enjoy because of this. The chair inside the restaurant need to be change immediately as it was so dirty, patches of black mark, water mark n most customer there request to change chair.
As i observe this place . I will not come back.
I hope with this email, the management will seriously do something about the manager etiquette with staff n respect customer service there too. im sure there is cctv to check. Date n time i have indicate n management cam monitor.
Appreciate a reply for this...

Atmosphere: 4🌟 Not a very cooling air conditioner but decent enough. The tables are comfortable, the cleanliness is quite good. Big spaces between tables. They have a lot of outside seats as well.
Service: 3.75🌟 A bit slow service but overall quite good (polite and friendly). However, it seems like they don't share the Wifi for customers that lepak here.
Snacks: Cucur Udang 3.75🌟 Love it, nice balance strong flavours of prawns, veggies, onions, fried batter, etc. Taste even better with the sauce. Priced at Rm 2 for 3.
Snacks: Keropok Lekor (Thick) 3.75🌟 It's very nice and clean but it's the soft airy type with a lot of small holes inside (not an empty big hole). Taste great with the sambal too. Priced at Rm 2 for 4.
Food: Roti Sarang Burung 3.75🌟 Eggs are perfectly done (but 1 yolk is broken from impact somehow). Flowy egg yolk and watery egg white. The bread however, is dense so it's unfortunate. The sambal is superb and flavorful while curry is thick but also oily. Priced at Rm 4
Food: Sup Tulang Kambing Social 3.25🌟 It's actually quite good but kinda troublesome to eat and definitely hard to eat cleanly and gracefully at the same time.It comes with 3 bones with 3 small straws to suck out the bone marrow (I think) which is a liquid/semi within the bone. The broth is decent but quite spicy and sour (which I don't usually like). If you aren't a heavy spicy eater, avoid the chili at all costs. Special has additional milk so the broth is thicker and likely sweeter. The broth is also too flavorful, You need to pair it with rice to balance it out....
Read moreMy husband and I visited Lepak Corner at midnight, expecting a nice supper, but what we got instead was one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, we felt like an afterthought. The first staff member blatantly ignored us. The second acknowledged us but told us to wait—only for a couple who arrived after us to be seated first. At that point, we had to seat ourselves with other guests because waiting any longer seemed pointless.
Ordering was just as frustrating. The staff taking our order was clearly not paying attention, repeatedly getting it wrong. Each time we corrected her, she acted impatient with us—as if we were the problem. How does that make sense? She had no interest in serving us properly, yet she had plenty of time to be overly friendly and flirtatious with the Indian male guests behind us. The difference in treatment was blatant and insulting.
Then came the shisha fiasco. When we inquired about it, instead of a simple answer, we were lazily pointed toward the shisha corner. So we waited. And waited. No one came. When we walked to the counter ourselves, we were finally informed that shisha was no longer available. Why weren’t we told this when we first asked? Instead, we wasted 15 minutes for absolutely nothing.
At this point, the neglect felt deliberate. We were patient, we were understanding, but the staff’s dismissive and uninterested attitude toward us made it clear that we were not valued as customers. If this is how they choose to treat guests, I see no reason to return. Unprofessional, unwelcoming, and absolutely not...
