On June 4th, my friends and I went in and paid for a 3 hr karaoke session, but the karaoke equipment malfunctioned after an hour. We decided to leave because there was no proactive update for half an hour or more. We went down to request for a refund for the remaining 2 hrs that we couldn’t enjoy because of the malfunction, but they refused to refund. Instead, they offered for us to come back another time. In the end, we were given a make-up hour card which last for two weeks. A few other conditions that came along with the card were: can only be used in the same branch must call before coming (which later i saw on the card was “advised to”)

After a week, my friend called them. But now they said they can only give her the two hrs (which they owed us in the first place), only if she pays for another 3 hrs of karaoke session - *a condition they *never mentioned about it few weeks ago. Who the hell sings for 5 hrs not even Beyoncé.

Regardless, she did get the 2 hrs without additional charge through negotiations

First visit to this type of family themed KTV. It is nearby and we needed a small room for a group of friends. I was not familiar with the entire process and how they charged. I made this clear when i called. When i reached, the middle aged Chinese lady at the reception was not very friendly. I told her that its my first time and she still showed me a dissatisfied expression. I did not know their rules and policies so i asked. The response was as if she despised me and did not want to serve me. I felt humiliated. I chose this place cos of the good reviews so i was surprised. To be fair, everything and every one else was great. The service waiters and attendants were great. In my opinion, the reception lady should not be there to spoil this KTVs image.
