Upon entering the restaurant, there is a light oily smell 'welcoming' us. It would have been better if the ventilation are done better to filter off the kitchen smell from entering the dining area. Staff gave us hardcopy menu after sometime and we had to do QR code ordering. I think the 'owner' at the cashier counter was more friendly.

Saba Teriyaki Set Presentation : 3* Taste : 4* Saba good,more sauce better 3* chawanmushi warm only 3* miso soup warm only Quality: 3* fruits and salad a bit dry Quantity: Rice, fruit & salad a bit small Price : a bit expensive as serving size small.

No ginger slices on the table and also not served

Our 1st time visiting and truly an amazing experience. Beautifully decorated establishment, tables & chairs thoughtfully placed creating enough space for patrons and staff to walk around and feel comfy & spacious. We didn't know that last order was at 9pm, we walked in slightly before 9.30pm & were told about it & to order our food soon as they were closing. All of it was said with a genuine smile, kindness, no annoyance whatsoever, just warm invitation extended to us. Staff service is excellent, impeccably patient with us, never rushed us even though it was past their knock off hours. Food is definitely worth for what it is priced, sashimi as per all previous reviews, fresh decent sized. Salmon mentai don was awesome, sushi rice is perfectly seasoned. Green tea is refillable btw, roasty taste luv it. Ramen soup is not even salty like most places, 1 of the best tasting high quality cooking. Overall this is quality food & service. Management is doing a great job, you have such fantastic staff (front end, back end) feels super efficient too.

Will defo be coming back...

Atmosphere: Filled with Japanese theme wallpapers and decals. Even their staffs has proper dress code.

Food: Food are fresh, prepared well and they also make an effort to present them. Kitchen staff can customize your orders or compensate it with something else should they run out of certain ingredients. My 1.5 YO kid goes absolutely nuts over their chawamushi, he finished the entire bowl himself.

Location & Parking: Has enough parking lots outside for those who drives.

Service: Waitress are friendly and engaging towards us and my baby.

Kid friendly: Yes definitely. They have different kinds of baby chairs for different age groups.

Engaging customers strategy really make repeat customers a reality!! Coupled with good food and nipon spirit. I went there twice already, looking forward to go back again. They even have promotion vouchers tactics to make customers come back again to use them.
