Went there with my wife for a lunch after shopping. Outlet was not busy but so we decided to dine in there. The waitress/cashier was on duty was so rude untill she throw the qr code menu on the table and walk of as if we were there for a free meal. We called the waitress to check on why did she throwed the qr menu on the table and walked off and she said Pizza Hut is not a 5 star place to expect those kind of service and even said she did that to all guest and everybody was not complaining but only us is bothering the act. I was surprised to know that Pizza Hut is treating patrons in such manner nowadays. I believe be it a mamak shop or 5 star hotel to present a menu is always a first impression and it's a very basic thing. Then we decided to talk to a manager and there comes a staff from kitchen claiming to be a manager. That moment I was thinking am I at a right place with full of con artists? is this place trustable.With staff with no morale, respect, humanity, or basic senses? I think the management have to take look into this. Staffs are not been trained. Im from f&b too and I have never experience with this kind of attitude. I was shocked to see such behaviour. I know it's a long weekend and busy everywhere but that's not the way to approach a guest. A simple thing and we didn't expect silver spoon service just a basic because we are aware where we are and what to expect but disappointed with their both behaviours. Read moreBad experience with Overcharged bill today. Greatly disappointed by the careless billing on customer. I ordered a Large veggie lover pizza and asked for upgrade with drinks and topping up additional vegetables. Per the card on table, it was supposed to be additional RM 0.80 and RM 2.20 respectively. I did chk w the staff prior to ordering and was assured.
When I went to pay the bill at counter, shocked to hear the pizza cost was RM 64.70, (additional charge of RM 24.75 for topping up each veg) , and worst still drinks were charged separately and no upgrade. When I asked the staff with disappointment on why he did not tell me that charges were not based on promotion but Alacarte rates, all I got was a" Sorry sir- was busy ". I could have also said " Sorry! I won't pay " different rates unannounced but with due respect to Pizza hut brand, I paid the amount with a parting advice to the staff not to do such to other customers in future.
My advice to all incl myself is to double check each entry prior to paying. Did not expect such overcharge of RM 35 in any other Pizza Hut outlet, something that this outlet owner should...
Read moreWORST SERVICE EVER!!! I was trying to redeem the Garfield event Pizza Hut voucher, the staff told me that they don’t know about the voucher need to wait for their manager. I ask them how long I need to wait, they told me about 20 minutes to wait their manager to come back from bank. Then I wait 20minutes there, after that I went back and they told me to wait longer for their manager, so I told them to call for their manager whether my voucher can be used or not but they told me that their manager didn’t carry his/her phone and was left in the counter. After an hour, when their manager came back, they told me that the voucher cannot be used since their system hasn't been update with the voucher information. I was expecting that I wait for their manager for 20 minutes, order and wait for the food for 20 minutes and eat 20minutes, everything in my 1 hour break, but in the end I wasted 1 hour for nothing.
