Starbucks - KSL City Mall — Restaurant in Johor

This is more of a piece of advice, not a review.

This place is NOT a hotel lobby. I am from Singapore, and I want to let all Singaporeans know that when you all sit here and patronize this place, please buy something here! You are damn rude if you hog this place with outside food and drinks from the Pasar malam. Damn typical and stupid bunch of people, really. No face? Can't spend on any drinks or food in Starbucks? But can buy expensive frozen food from bazar than bring here to eat?

How ignorant is that. Tiny dot country and your mindset also become tiny dot?

I come here to do my work and usually order food and drinks while I wait for my wife's pedicure spa. But always I cannot find a spot to seat. Because of mostly you people seat there like your grandfather couch with no Starbucks product. Please be mindful and respectful towards other businesses and...

Great experience here with the two male staff. Came at 7.30am and it was not opened yet but they let me sit around to wait. The service is also very nice as they are courteous including the more senior staff who made my coffee. Food is the standard fare, acceptable. Went on second day and the service was just as good with another two crew. Located in the lobby of KSL hotel, definitely very crowded daily. Pretty small area with only 8 sofa seats, 4 coffee tables, 10 chairs and 6 little round tables. Pretty hard to find seats as some simply sit there without even ordering anything, which can left one frustrated even u want to come in for a nice coffee.
