The food here is good, for those items that I have tried. We ordered the kaya butter toast, nothing special but meets all the requirements of a good toast, just that portion is small. The garlic toast is fragrant and toasted crisp. The luncheon meat toast brings back the old school coffeeshop feel.

We also ordered the dry mee siam with fried chicken. The mee siam is not too spicy, just right for our taste. The chicken is deep fried until the skin is real crispy but the meat inside remains tender. It matched perfectly with the dry mee siam.

The service is good here, the staff are responsive. Prices are reasonable too. Overall it's a nice place to have breakfast or lunch. Be prepared to wait for a table during the morning breakfast time but turnover is still...

Suddenly Craving for 擂茶 and 猪脚醋, although saw some negative reviews, but decided to have a try because location near my house. Go for late breakfast, it's Up to my expectations 👍 擂茶 is delicious, the soup is thick enough. Pork knuckle vinegar is my liking, sweet and sour and little spicy, I enjoy it a lot. A butter Kaya toast to end my meal, yummy, quite generous on the butter. Service staffs are helpful and friendly. Patients to guide me when I failed to scan QR code to order. Full of sense of humour. When I call for the bill, waiter ask my satisfaction. When noticed I only drink half cup of my Cham iced, he offer to make it take away. I know he's kidding and it really makes my day. Leica taste suits my liking as I’m not a fan of overly bitterness.

The reason I gave 2 stars was the waiter kept coming back and forth to informed the availability of some of the food was out asking are we fine to change. We have no problem with that. Ordered 5 bowl, only 4 came and the last one, the waitress just told us the dish not sure where it went.
