I particularly enjoyed this KL-style hokkien mee here in Mount Austin. Well, hokkien mee is a dish which consists of thick yellow noodles with dark savoury soy sauce, mixed with succulent juicy pork, seafood and crispy pork lard.
I ordered the Signature Fried Hokkien Mee which costs RM13. The dish was flavourful and has a slight wok hei. The crispy yet soft pork lards melted in my mouth upon each bite, which was absolutely heavenly. The owner of this eatery is from Kuala Lumpur and manages to serve an addictive plate with an aromatic and umami-rich flavour to this dish.

Read moreFor my 1st experience here.. for what I ordered.. Hokkien Kuey Teow is nice, fried rice is ok and the fried pork is ok, not too far and not too oily. The parking space is kinda limited as there is a pub beside that takes a lot of the parking spaces. The environment is not too crowded and it's kinda windy.
The only downside for me is for only 3 dishes they still can miss out one dish when there are no customers around. Their food is not bad and I hope they will be much more alert in the future.
Their operating time is 5pm to 1.30am and not as described...
