The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Johor

I do come to KPJ Puteri on a regular basis and the regular haunt that I go to is CBTL for my caffeine fix. The service is usually between good to excellent. Today I gave it a 2 because ALL I asked for after eating eating a cookie and drinking my coffee was for serviettes. The young lady who served me upon asking me what I needed, put on a sour face when she heard me ask for "tissue" and she took ONE piece of serviette handed it to me and when I said "terima kasih" did not even say anything. Just went on her duty which was arranging mugs at the time. This is atrocious considering CBTL is in the service sector. I did not come here for free beverage nor did I look like some degenerate. The cafe is doing well so the staff will have to bear with perhaps some heavy workload during peak hours. I returned my tray to the counter so as to assist the clearing of tables. I got food 27 minutes late....mmmmm actually I still can take it and i dnt wnt to review at all. But the unacceptable is when I asked the status of my food, after that the male cooker took out the food and said "Tak Boleh Sabar" and unfortunately I was there... That's something I Can't accept.

Really hope after this, your staff can accept when customer ask. I'm not angry (i try to Sabar), I'm just asking because I see other people have received food. Order 27.09.24 at receipt 9.14 am, 9.44 food not received. I ask twice. Only one lady very nice talk to me.

Came with family and some of us would like to have CBTL food but some prefer food court food. But we choose to sit at CBTL seating section. The cashier politely request us to throwaway food that bring from outside. And gladly we agreed and think she has been handling this situation well. We understand there supposed to be "no outside food" policy, but she is kind hearted and understanding enough that as a family we want to eat togather and all member might like to eat different food.
