The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Johor

At the end of May, I purchased a Coffee Bean tcb card (gift card) at one of their branches in Kuala Lumpur and immediately loaded it with some money. In June, when I tried to use this tcb card at a Coffee Bean branch in Johor Bahru, the staff informed me that the card had a balance of 0. Since I was in a hurry at the time, I left without further inquiry. A few days later, I visited another Coffee Bean branch located in Paradigm Mall to inquire about the issue of the card reload. The employee Cynthia from Paradigm Mall patiently listened to my situation and promised to escalate and resolve the matter promptly with management.

Two days later, I received a call from the manager of the KL branch, who explained that the issue was due to human error during the reload process where the wrong tcb card had been credited. The manager apologized for the mistake and transferred the loaded amount to my current tcb card the next day. Throughout this process, Cynthia was also attentive and checked if the KL branch manager had contacted me.

I am especially grateful to Cynthia from Coffee Bean Paradigm Mall for her assistance. Without her help, the issue wouldn't have been resolved so quickly. I commend Cynthia for her professionalism and helpfulness in customer service.

Pretty small pop up area for a quick stop for some coffee before leaving the mall. We got drinks such as a latte and the oreo ice blended drink. The oreo drink was very tasty - sweet and delicious.
