Letter vs spirit of the Law

Such a posh and well decorated restaurant should offer better service to match up with the theme of the restaurant. Food is only part of the ingredient that makes a meal memorable and pleasant.

As we explore Paradigm Mall, we were amazed by the amount of restaurants it offered and after much searching and deliberation we chose Vivo American Pizza simply because of the food offered. It does look impressive.

We sat and ordered a few dishes. While waiting for our food, my wife and my son came back to join us. My son are not familiar with great food yet and so he preferred his favourite, McDonald's.

Then one of the staff insisted and rudely tell us that no outside food is allowed. When I pleaded for excuse since I have already place orders for my other children, he told me that would be unfair for other customers.

I wonder, what he is implying by making such a decision. He is driving my son out of the restaurant, separate my family, deprived my son of eating or basically asking all of us to leave.

We have no choice but to driven out of a restaurant, first time in my life. I wonder if I brought in milk for my young son, would it also be consider outside food.

It is always sad to have staff that are careless in handling legitimate customer. As a patron, I was really embarrassed as I become a focal point in the restaurant. As a customer, I am indignant by such poor treatment.

I hope the management can make some effort to take note of these review concerning poor service as I am not the first to make such comment. If this goes on, the good name of Vivo will eventually be washed down the drain.

Five cheese was garbage, not even a base pizza sauce on it and meagre dollops of cream cheese (not even feta). Smoked salmon pasta was dry and small shredded pieces with a generic melted sliced cheddar taste (repeated sauce with creamy mushroom pasta). The worst, no iced water (seriously? Even if it's in the menu for RM1) then staff asked if we'd like it replaced with mineral water (without saying the price: RM3.90). Surprise~ the mineral water came with a cup of ice. At such prices (total 124RM) and underwhelming taste, only crazies would be repeat customers of that outlet. Visited...

What a pleasant place to fill ur tummy with amazing food! Such a gorgeous place with a clean environment! The food that i bought was Beef Lasagna and it was actually not bad for the first time i ever taste it. Other than that, their Hash Hash Balls were SO GOOD! My other friend bought Fish Pasta which honestly not bad 6/10. The price a bit overpriced since 1 person need about RM 20+ to go eat, other than that everything is amazing! They also give us free ice cream so kudos to all the worker and cheff for giving it to us! As a conclusion, eat here for some delicious...
