BEWARE FOR PRIVATE EVENT/WEDDINGS: We had our wedding here (2024), just want to share our lessons. The look of the place is stunning and overall vibe is great. We found this place & was no 1 to book the place after the cafe's opening (Nov 2023). They let us use our own caterer (Not allowed anymore), they promise a lot of things including borrowing us their glassware cutleries, installing curtains, providing help and all the small items. We also booked an extra hours before the event at RM3xx.
For a whole year they never contact us at all after we made payment. Basically zero communication. On our side, we had to keep asking and clarifying.
3 weeks before the wedding, we were added into a whatsapp group with a new sales/event person in charge, Eddie and the event floor manager. At this last minute timing, they let us know they can not provide any extra tables (to put my own things like cakes I baked myself). 0 tables or chair spared, Mr Eddie/ Lereve reminds us we are only paying for the space/place. Also to add extra hour now cost RM5xx but no one updated us on this. We were promised that we would get enough staff help to turn the place around to dinner settings, but now the response is we can't promise that, he says it might take 2 hours. Again he reminds us we're paying for the place. Then the suddenly new decorations on the walls can not be taken down even for few hours. They can no longer lend us cutleries. We can not use their fridge to store our cake.
I don't think this event coordinator understand how stressful planning a wedding is. Under a month, you tell me everything that was promised now cannot be done. He told us we should be reminded that they didnt charge us extra for catering? That's what you sold to us in Nov 2023! In that moment, my partner and I almost lost our temper but instead we kept it cool. I had a panic attack and my partner had to calm me down. Thankfully our caterer, Running Man was so kind to rescue us by borrowing us 1 table, chairs, drinking water, cutleries and ice cubes free of charge.
On the day of the event, luckily everything went smoothly. The staff however refuse to give my grandfather water, not even tap water because management does not allow. Something to do with we only paid for the place? apparently not the water?
Overall, just beware of things they overpromised. GET IT IN BLACK&WHITE, all the small prints and details they agreed to help with. Dont rely on calls or in person discussion. Once they change PIC for your event, then good luck cause all the info is not passed on. The previous Sales person also refused to help us in any way.
It's a beautiful place but the event person is rude and unsympathetic. When things change and you can no longer do as promised to us, just inform and update early. It's not much to ask for. Weddings are once in a lifetime, please be understanding and patient with people under stressed. Don't ruin their wedding experience.
When we replied that it is difficult to suddenly arrange all these in such short notice, Mr Eddie replies: We are still offering best from outside anyways.
Mic drop. We didnt even reply, so shocked and dumfounded by his rudeness.
Can't say I've ever dealt with such an unfriendly person in Sales or events ever before. If you're looking for glasshouse wedding, I know other new ones opening.
If certain things can not be done, it’s better to communicate openly and directly. Hope blossom sales will not over promise and then use ‘policies’ to say we should have known when non has been sent to us...
Read moreCame today with 4 friends (total 5 of us) around 2pm and Main menu only left Carbonara, Chicken burger, Asam pedas fish pasta, Herbal chicken and Seafood linguine.
We ordered 2 linguine and 3 asam pedas fish pasta, for snacks we ordered popcorn chicken, truffle fries, kaya toast with soft boiled egg and popcorn to share.
After 5-10minutes into waiting we was informed that asam pedas fish was no longer available because the chef informed that the fish is no longer fresh to be served. We then decided to ordered 1 beef carbonara, 1 herbal chicken ramen noodle and 1 chicken burger. Seafood Linguine came first and the pasta was super blend and my friend have to ask for salt pepper and Chili flakes to add more flavour. After informing that the pasta was blend the second linguine came with more flavours as I think the waitress informed the back kitchen. Carbonara platting was nice but the pasta was so wet it’s like mushroom soup with spaghetti, taste was average. Chicken burger came and my friend informed that his chicken burger tasted weird, we all tried a small bite of the fry chicken patty without sauce/bread/salad, and we realised that the chicken was spoilt/stale, we inform the waitress and the waitress brought the burger to the back kitchen, she than return the same chicken burger untouched and informed that the sauce that is given was suppose to have a sour taste but the chicken was not stale, but the fact is we all tried the fried chicken patty without the sauce. We also realised the next table ordered the same chicken burger and ate all the side (salad, fries, bread) except for the chicken patty, they than paid and left. The next table couple was also staring at our burger when he saw us eating and saw d waitress taking away the chicken burger but we are not sure whether they informed that waitress of the same issue. Herbal chicken ramen was average but not worth the price paid for. All drinks was okay, popcorn chicken was really normal but my friend commented that the pasar malam salted egg popcorn chicken taste much better. Butter toast with soft boiled egg was tasty. For the popcorn it was a mix of popcorn and normal corn kernel, the corn was completely blend like they boiled the corn and just put on the plate (no seasoning no butter and the corn is not even sweet) ,popcorn are than placed on top of the soggy boiled corn and the pop corn also becomes soggy and not seasoned. Truffle fries was rm25 for some instant fries that u get in supermarket, and in a super small portion plus a truffle sauce dip which we all tried some and just left the rest on the plate despite the small portion. We also tried their croissant cause no desserts was available, both croissant was decent. Overall will suggest this place for their bakeries and drink but nothing else. Their hot meals honestly cannot make it. Serving time was decent but food not decent at all. Was thinking to bring my whole family to visit because of the ambience and it’s a new shop but after trying decided it will be just a one off time restaurant, ambient was nice but during afternoon it’s a bit hot cause the sun hits directly on ur face. Rating 2/10, oh and for prking they will charge...
Read moreBlossom Glass Mansion continues to impress with its refined ambiance and an eclectic menu that blends comfort food with refined flavors. The sleek, glass-walled setting creates a tranquil dining experience, offering stunning views that complement the superb cuisine.
We started with a refreshing drink, the Lychee Mojito, which was a delightful balance of sweetness and citrus. The lychee flavor was subtle yet refreshing, and the mint added a crisp, cooling touch. For something indulgent, the Chocolate Drink was the perfect choice—rich, smooth, and decadently satisfying, offering a comforting start to the meal.
The main dishes arrived soon after, each showcasing a unique twist on classic favorites. The Lamb Shank was a standout—a generous portion of tender, fall-off-the-bone meat, beautifully braised in a savory, aromatic sauce. The meat was perfectly seasoned, and the accompanying mashed potatoes and vegetables complemented the richness of the lamb.
The Fish and Chips was another highlight. The fish was lightly battered, crispy on the outside, and wonderfully flaky on the inside. Paired with golden, crispy fries and a tangy tartar sauce, this dish was comfort food at its finest, with a touch of elegance.
Lastly, the Chicken Chop was a hearty, satisfying dish. The chicken was perfectly grilled with a flavorful marinade, and the accompanying gravy and sides added the right balance of richness and freshness. The portion size was generous, making it a filling and flavorful choice.
The service throughout the meal was attentive and warm, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. Blossom Glass Mansion offers a dining experience that is both visually stunning and delightfully satisfying, with flavors that linger long after the meal. Whether for a casual meal or a special occasion, it is a place worth visiting for its delicious food and charming atmosphere....
