We were number 25 and waited 50 minutes. The staff called for number 24 with no response, so staff said it’s our turn. We were then guided to a table, seated, and informed about the ordering process and how to use the self-service side dish bar. While my sister went to get side dishes and my mom and I were ordering via the QR code, the reception staff approached us, saying that the customer with number 24 had arrived and we needed to give up our seats. I pointed out that it was their mistake and that we had already been seated, but the staff insisted that since number 24 was called first, they had to give the seat to them. Frustrated but not wanting to ruin our Saturday evening with my mom, we complied, as another table was promised in 10 minutes. Customer 24 wasn’t there on time, so we shouldn’t have been asked to move. The staff should reconsider their approach. It was really appropriate? I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want to spoil the time spent with my mom after waiting over 50 minutes, but no matter how I think about it, this was poor handling. Also, only accepting QR payments is inconvenient. Food was nice and server was kind and helpful. but I won’t return due to this reception staff’s...
Read moreFood is cheap and good. People craze about it because the only store with this concept with affordable price.
The downside of it is the super crazy queue which last us 3 hours. The queueing system need to be enhanced cause you need to wait at the shop and wont contact you when is your turn. They do have compensation for the long queue which is a prawn dish for the queue if you waited for 90min above. Unfortunately again the prawn was not available and replace us cold noodle which cost way less.
Another downside their table assignation which will priorities on party size which means you have to wait a small size table if your pax is less. If there is no small table available and even large table is available, they wont assign you to it even you have waited long hours queue and will prioritize the adequate large party size who was just arrived.
Overall food is good but advise to try it if less crowd and hope they improve their queuing system like Haidilao or other restaurant which can let you linger around...

The grilling station has no proper ventilation system, so the heat blows directly on your face
I’ve seen similar grills before that come with built-in exhaust fans on both sides, which really help. This one didn’t, and it made the whole dining experience quite uncomfortable.
The price is on the higher side, but sadly the food didn’t live up to it. The seasoning powder was also...
