I purposely went there just to try their tiramisu, but honestly, it was quite disappointing. The portion was very small (I feel like even my 3-year-old niece could finish it alone) and the taste was underwhelming. I couldn’t even taste the ladyfinger – it was just mild, creamy, and nothing premium. Definitely overpriced for what it is, and it did not satisfy my tiramisu craving at all. I’ve had much better elsewhere.

Another point: I’ve noticed many complaints about not being allowed to takeaway tiramisu, and I agree it feels rather unreasonable. In Malaysia, “tapau” is part of our lifestyle – perhaps they should work on an R&D solution to accommodate that.

The tiramisu itself is extremely soft, almost melting with just a bit of movement, which is unusual and not necessarily in a good way. Overall, the food and drinks didn’t meet expectations and were not worth it, in my personal opinion.

On top of that, the service was confusing. There was no line to pay QR at the cashier and when I told the cashier he just say oh ya (am like huh?). I have encountered this at other place before and the cashier immediately offer me to connect to their WIFI to pay (WIFI details all ready to give) and we call this GREAT service and going beyond for customer and hello this is service line.

And when I paid in cash, the cashier seemed unsure how to calculate, even returning money as if I had overpaid....

The waiter and waitress here all black face and no manners. Except the front desk Chinese cashier with spec and the tall guy without hat are good This guy which I took photo , I asked him to bring a child chair and then he took the chair leave and ignore my request. I saw him walk here n there act busy and work on other table request , while I waiting him to react and rmb on it but he does not . Second time I ask hi,i asked you for a child chair to bring just now from that table ? I ask you from That table and give you the direction where to put, I not sure you bring to where. He not happy and said I am very busy and many people so I forgot. Give me angry face and keep mumbling and said loudly many people in store and I am busy so I forgot . The child with less than 2 years was still waiting with us with the mother and we could not sit well to enjoy.

Is this the manner your shop waitor should have to the customer? We are very friendly enough to wait for over 15mins and then only to remind you again about the child chair.

Every customer no matter how much they spent in your restaurant , it’s supposed to be treated in good manners .Why do customer need to be treated this way in a restaurant ? Our table no 5 ,12:41pm even spent more than 270myr , plus my parent table who sit beside us which also spent more than 100myr.

We deserve an...

This place is definitely worth a visit if ambience is ur kinda thing. The moment you entered the cafe, you can already felt smell the tea fragrance, and how clean the whole cafe looks.

Now, the important part which is the food. Its absolutely tasty especially their curry chicken katsu and their kisu tempura. The curry was rich and not spicy at all. Their tempura batter is light, not oily, and you can taste the freshness of the whiting fish even if is fried. Their matcha tiramisu is a bit too creamy for me. We ordered their latest dessert the koko kakigori, to our suprised, it is sooo good. Not sweet at all, it has this houjicha bitter taste to it, and it comes with three free toppings. Definitely give their kakigori dessert a try if you visit this cafe.

In terms of parking, there are 10 onsite parking available based on first come first basis. Otherwise, u can park right opposite their cafe, there is an open space parking with parking trotter.

Oh price wise, as you may have already read frm other reviews, it is more steep than the usual cafe, and their portion is small. They have very nice toilets too, just like those u...
