THE WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. ONE STAR BUT SHOULD BE ZERO STARS.
Booked a table for CNY reunion dinner but was left with utter disbelief of how terrible food and customer service was. After the yeesang, the soup took 40MINS to serve and we even asked the manager twice. Chicken was served room temperature, not even warm. Prawns were not very fresh and overcooked. For other dishes, taste wise, would rather eat mamak. Wanted to have a great time but left with anger and disappointment.
To make things worst, manager said we had a free bottle of wine for the set, but they gave us the wine at the end when we were about to leave. This is very unacceptable because they should’ve served the wine in the beginning, before the dishes where served. In the end, we told the male manager about it and he gave us only 3% discount to our bill and he requested to RETURN THE WINE. WHERE IS YOUR SINCERE APOLOGY AND BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE?
For dinner set worth rm1188, it was really not worth the money as there were no premium ingredients, and extremely bad service. Please book other places.
P.s, since I could not reply to owner on google reviews: Your response highlights a concerning lack of accountability and responsibility toward your customers. How can expressing dissatisfaction with the slow service of the dishes to your floor manager be considered abuse? Is it wrong to provide constructive criticism with the intent of helping your restaurant improve? Additionally, we kindly request that you investigate the matter of the extra bottle of wine, which we had to return for no valid reason. This experience has left us questioning not only the service but also the transparency of your billing practices. We hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your team for the benefit of your...

Read moreI came here after seeing their buffet dimsum thingy on social media.
Location/environment quite hidden inside a hotel. Decoration has a very old school high end Chinese restaurant. Quite comfortable inside. Not filled despite the promotion, during lunch hour and on a weekend.
Food: Doesn’t have the typical dimsum selection we get from traditional Chinese Dimsum. Although their fried Dimsum selections were quite ok but not extensive (refer to their menu). I don’t think any of the Dimsum is made in house. The taste is so so. I wouldn’t say the food is of low quality but it’s not up to par. Their fried options are better than the steamed ones. Can taste and see prawn inside the Dimsum.
Specific items Siew mai.. can taste and see the prawn. Not bad as a whole.
Black Prawn dumpling… wrongly done.. not to my liking at least
Prawn chee cheong fun.. can taste and see the prawn.. but the rice noodle flour is too thick..
Chicken bbq chee cheong fun.. not to my liking
Fried Dimsums.. all was good except both the radish cake
Service: is good.
Overall, my experience is underwhelming. I suspect this is the last attempt to try resuscitating the place as I suspect the business is bad. The idea of it is good but the execution not so. Not for a Dimsum buffet at least. If the restaurant wants to have any chance.. the menu needs to be...
