I’m not the kind to leave reviews - especially negative ones cause I’m lazy as hell. But just thought y’all should know how terrible the service is and to also save your money.
This was my second time coming in to restock my usual coffee, but I made the mistake of grabbing the wrong flavor. I realized it less than 30 minutes later and immediately went back to the store to ask for a simple exchange—mind you, the flavor I wanted was the same price. No problem, right?
Wrong. The manager’s response was straight-up rude—he just said, “There’s no refund policy here.” Mind you It’s been less than 30 minutes cause I was just walking around the mall, and the coffee’s still in the sealed box and bag. He didn’t even bother to ask any questions or offer any help but insisted that it’s not possible because when the box is carried outside it may be subject to “contamination”. I showed him the receipt, which clearly states that returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unopened and in good condition. His response? “That’s an old policy and shouldn’t be there in the receipt” I was shocked and baffled that this guy would even think I’m an idiot for taking his words.
After I called out the policy on their website and receipts, he finally swapped it for me. Not sure what it is with some “luxury” store managers thinking they’re above others when they’re just there for a JOB. I have so much love and respect for service workers, but not the arrogant ones who ignore customers because it isn’t right.
This was my last visit. Overpriced coffee with terrible customer service re: the Malay store manager. You can do better than treating your paying customers like an inconvenience. Bacha, you might not care about this complaint now, but it’ll hurt your brand in the long run, and honestly,...

The first thing that caught my eye was the café’s chic decor and how professional the staff looked in their uniforms. Unfortunately, appearances can be deceiving. A server seated us and handed over the thick menu, then disappeared. After a while, we still hadn’t been approached to place our order. I assumed they were busy, but two servers were casually chatting nearby, seemingly ignoring me. I tried catching their attention with some gestures, but they still acted as if I didn’t exist.
Finally, I had to raise my voice, asking if someone could take our order. One of the servers gestured that he understood, but then walked in the opposite direction. The diners at the next table seemed amused, probably as bewildered as I was. After calling out again, a server finally came over.
Since I don’t like coffee that’s too acidic, I asked for a recommendation. Eventually, I ordered an iced coffee and two croissants. But instead of the iced coffee, they brought me a hot one. It seemed like the staff didn’t know what they were doing—how could they mess up such a simple order? In the end, I paid 65 MYR for a lackluster iced coffee and two croissants, which felt disappointing. The café’s sleek exterior and professional look were totally at odds with the service...
