Honestly probably one of the absolute worse KFCs I've been too. The food isn't bad it is simply the service is unpleasant almost everytime I visited (3 times - and last time now.) First time they were short staffed or it seemed, two employees were just standing around while one was busting tail and a new one at the register; 10 people line and no one seemed to care. Also the beverage machine was out so i had to wait about 15 minutes for a mountain dew while the one poor guy was running around doing it all and the other employees stood around or walked around doing nothing. I decide to give a understandable pass this time. Second time it was 10:15, Google and also on door says 11 they close. I go in to simply grab something quick and leave; literally I am standing at the counter for 25 minutes while 5 of those minutes an employee was standing at the register punching numbers.... Finally I ask are you guys working? He replies "we are closed".... I was livid, not only for their time to be incorrect or their choice to no serve me but to let me stand there for 25 minutes waiting just to tell me that (I decide not to review negative this time simply because I was angry.) This third and final time I am both rushed, I ask for a meal then and when I ask about the wrong drink (I forgot they do not sell sprite only mountain dew) I am informed they are out. So from previous experience I assume its the drink machine so I say okay. They hurry me to pay while I literally have a couple breathing down my neck (which I stepped on the guys foot when simply adjusting to reach the credit machine; if that tells you how close they was), so I'm paying and realize the amount is to low and question it, he says they are out of the meal, and hurriedly begins taking the couples order.... Needless to say I am now writing this review in response to these. I am accustomed to different cultures and how things work, but this is the first time I've truly encountered such unsavory actions in this type of establishment. Fair warning to all...
ย ย ย Read moreThe store closes at 11pm. We arrived at 9:00pm. Some people are waiting in line for their orders. Only 1 person was working at the counter doing all the jobs- cooking, preparing,receiving orders, cashier. No one was helping him. The receipt in the order booth was not printing. So customers couldnt see their orders. The sauce containers were emtpy. Customers started complaining because they're not getting their orders on time and correctly. No one was there to help the man at the counter. More and more cutomers coming in. Still no one was there to help the man at the counter. There was a woman cleaning up the tables (but there were no tables to clean) she just kept going back and fort, walking around then she stayed inside the storage room. It was very poor management and lazy coworkers. I commend that one and only guy working at the counter for being patient. But no! "one-man show" shouldn't be happening in this type of workplace. Petalling street gets busy at night especially on weekends, why not hire more workers? God knows how hard that man's job every weekend and no one was there...

Toilet is basic rule especially for a big company as KFC. We didnโt eat there just because of that we didnโt order anything. If the toilet is broken the KFC manager should put a paper on it itโs brokenโฆ. No client service means lost of clients...
