Updated New replied to the owner

Not recommend this restaurant! We been waiting more than half an hour to get the meal. If we not remind the staff, they surely forgot! And end up, the boss told us, this is not their problem.. They follow the system and only one person cook. And the chef is his wife, he cannot do anything.. We was like what the... Is not your problem so is customer problem? What a joke? Strongly not recommend! Is my first time to do the Google review because of the boss talk with unfriendly and blame tone to us!

Reply to owner : Are you sure is not forgotten? The fact is when we ask your staff who is handle outdoor area how long we still need to wait. 2Mins later, you come out & ask ( what's your order? Is it finish your meal) and we are telling you not yet & which meal we ordered (only able tell one because u leave in 2 second, we even unable to tell you what's the second meal we ordered ) 10mins later, my bf'meal came up. 10mins later, i went in & remind you. Table 12 there's hv another meal haven't come up. You ans with unfriendly tone (我知道) 10mins later, my meal comes up. And you come out explain that our order is late than table 3. Is our order late, you guys follow system not your problem. That's my question, We order thru apps which means system come by one table one table. Which means your staff shoulf done by one table. And the hour is not on peak hour. So i would suspect is your staff problem, as a boss you should do something with stuff because they making late meal but you told me is not your staff, is your wife so you cannot do anything. From your replied ( but i am very sure you were advised to cancel the order) - I am pretty sure we didn't advised to cancel the order, this is another customer advised which beside our table :) What's make you were very sure? I am wondering. Seem like you maked confuse on your shop table huh, this is a kind of you saying follow system?

Lastly, I would like to say. Shop small, kitchen small, is not a right reason why customer should understand and wait. You should know it will happen since first day you rent the shop.

The reason why im giving such reviews. Because of your service attitude . You even not say sorry to customer and we are not the only table who complain wait too long. You don't think is your shop problem & you feel customer should giving understand on your shop size. This is ridiculous terrible service attitude that i ever met.. This shop not even 5star level but boss hv 5star...

Had to share an updated review due to an unpleasant experience yesterday.

Went with my sister and her partner since I told them many times how the food is great and the service is top-notch.

We ordered 3 rice meal and one noodles. The first two of the rice meal arrived shortly after a reasonable waiting time. Then the noodles came next.

When it's already about 10 to 15 mins when the third serving of the rice meal has yet to arrive, we politely asked the staff to check it. But before I could even finish my question, she immediately responded "Sir they're still cooking it". I still proceeded to explain that we ordered three rice meal and only then she realised that they thought it was only 2. And made an excuse "we thought it's just two because there were many orders". The restaurant isn't even full. There's only one table with customers aside from ours.

Making mistake is one thing, but making excuse and talking over your customers while they're still talking is a completely different story. Like what's the use of using an online ordering system then? Also, allow your customer to finish their question first.

The whole atmosphere felt awkward after that.

Really enjoyed the food and I love how the the sambal and spices elevated what is typical Lechon for me. Would definitely go back with my partner here. Also felt amused with Ate Aya's banters when...

If you been to Bali and missing some babi guling, here's the place to!

The shop not only serves babi guling but also chinese style crispy pork, "siew yuk" which is paired with noodles and rice or on its own. There's also ribs.

But, we came here to specifically try out the shop claimed best seller TRADITIONAL BABI GULING. It was a no disappointment when the dish was served. It was served the way they have it in Bali.

Stir fried long beans was on to the point! Savoury and soft! On to the main character, the babi especially the skin. Its soooo crispy that it knocked out siew yuk! Abit drawback here, the skin was also abit chewy which doesn't give it a full victory... perhaps pigs in Malaysia are more fat and gives it the chewy-ness? Cause there's still fat on the lower skin. Meat was lean.

Bumbu was great and authenthic Indonesian! Chili was spicy and is served aside.. so for those who can't take chili you are saved!!

The set comes with a soup which I guess was made with pork broth. Its delicious. Crispy fried pig skin was tip top. Crunchy and porky, replacing most seafood base fritters served in Indonesian foods. A good choice of pairing with babi guling.

Price wise is indeed more expensive when you compared with Bali. What is it to expect in the area of Petaling street!? But worth the try...

This shop is viral by many influencers and it is a local food from Indonesia Bali. The shop space is limited and in my opinion is overrated as well. The main highlight of the shop is crispy pork or siu york which is very common in Malaysian Chinese community. So I believe we tend to compare the actual roasted pork. Here is my highlight for babi guling near petaling street:- Restaurant Environment: Corner small shop with limited seats. There are around 4 big tables for 4 pax then also around 4 small tables for 2 pax. Food Comments: The main highlight of the crispy pork is the skin and is really crispy and rather hard. We ordered the rice recommended by chef and cost around RM20 and there are 2 skin and the meat is all broken and it doesn't look presentable like a nice crunchy siu york. The whole experience look average to me. Service & Staff: The staff of the restaurant look ok and willing to take order even thou there are QR code menu. When ask for additional chilli and they did serve as well. The only disadvantage for those solo diner and they might ask you to seat at the corner high bench since the place is limited. Overall personal opinion is just average and I don't really like the siu york rice. Maybe I didn't really know Balinese babi guling culture well
