McDonald's Berjaya Times Square — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

The worst mcd branch ive ever been to. Its already 11.22 and they still don't have everything except 2 mcdeluxe sets???? Like, not even apple pie, porridge, other burgers, nuggets, and everything else. Just those 2 sets?? N the cashier was very unfriendly and looked highly annoyed. She stated tht there were 2 sets n i was confused n i couldn't really hear her. So i asked her to repeat n i asked for further clarification. I specifically said this "huh? Ouh sorry wht? How about porridge? Or apple pie?" And she rolled her eyes and didn't answered. She only nodded a bit while rolling her eyes on me. My friend had the same experience too so it was not just to me. To add to that, all of the kiosk counter was broken??? Couldn't get any worse than this. We ended up not buying anything n just went out since we were annoyed to by the cashier's treatment and due to no food othwr than...

The restaurant is located on the 5th floor! Search for an amusement park to find McDonald's. It would be nice, of course, if this information was indicated on Google maps, or if an electronic board was placed on the 1st floor near the main entrance, where you could find the place you need. The shopping center is large and confusing. I was looking for this McDonald's for about 20 minutes)) Service: fast (my order was brought 5 minutes after I paid for it). Price: 20 RM for Big mac, large cola and large fries (the Big Mac wasn't as big as I'm used to.). Food quality: good, same as in Bali. The place is not for romantic date, it's noisy here because of the rides. In general, everything is good, I give 4 stars, because I am taking off one star for the non-obvious location and the fact that the owners did not bother to provide more accurate information on how to find...

Came in at around 4.30pm today to get dinner for the trip back to Singapore. Waited 10 minutes, no order came; the counter staff did not give us a proper explanation and to give them 5 minutes. Waited the next 10 minutes to see a lack of urgency from the staff on duty (e.g the guy at the serving counter casually packing our order).

Reminded the same lady that we needed our order asap as we had a bus to catch but instead was told to wait 5 more minutes. Ok, we tried to be patient and asked for our other order (burger and drinks) to leave asap but we were just met with ignorance and confusion. In the end, we departed without our order.
