I've visited this outlet a few times, the previous issue is they were often out of stock of lemon and pearls , I didn't mind as it happens.

However, during my visit today, I used a voucher to purchase a twin-topping milk tea. I requested pearl and brown sugar jelly as my two toppings, but the cashier informed me that only two combinations were available: either pearl and coconut jelly or coconut jelly and brown sugar jelly. This was confusing because the menu clearly stated, "please pick 2 (pearl/coconut jelly/brown sugar jelly)," which implies that customers can select any two toppings from the options listed.

If the menu had specified combinations like "coconut jelly & pearl" or "coconut jelly & brown sugar jelly," I would have understood and accepted it. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude during this interaction was unnecessarily fierce, which added to the disappointment.

Later, a senior staff member stepped in to make the beverage and commented, "kalau next time kena ikut menu tu, ini kali kita bagi sebab..." I assume she intended to say it was out of kindness. However, when I pointed out that the menu's wording was unclear, she stopped responding.

Clear communication and a more courteous attitude would have made the experience much better. I hope the outlet can improve both the menu's clarity and the customer service...

Mixue Bukit Bintang. This outlet, the Malay guy at the cashier was very rude. Around 3:30pm something. He have me a very rude and action look while taking my order! Next when I mentioned 25% sugar and yet I saw my receipt, he gave me less Sugar and 50% sugar. Why is it so difficult for him to listen to the word quarter sugar?!?! Which is equivalent to 25% sugar??!!!!! So difficult to understand is it???!!! What is the worst is when I asked for a plastic bag, he showed me a grimace look and looking very upset!!! Like as though I cannot even request for a plastic bag even though I had finished the drink!!!! Is this the way you talk and treat to your customers! Then the company can fire such Malay guy. He is very short. I hope action must be taken immediately!!!!! I'm very upset and will not drink Mixue...

Everytime I pass by this shop going from my hotel and Bukit Bintang, I hear the shop jingle... I won't attempt to recite it for you in case I trigger those with Neuro divergent sensitivities. There is usually a crowd of 20 somethings perched inside. So on my last night in the neighborhood, I decided to wait I line before quickly looking over their big drinks menu. I finally decided on the basic milk tea with boba. To my irritation, when I finally got to the front of the line, there were out of boba. They were also out of my second choice. I ended up waiting for a small ice cream cone which wasn't great but not bad either. I could have easily had a fit or tantrum but for my deep breathing exercises and meditation to block out the...
