Nando's Pavilion — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Nando’s First of all, I would like to thank the restaurant for the food, that was great and there was nothing wrong with the ingredients nor anything else regarding the meals. We ordered the peri-crispy chicken and peri-honey chicken and can definitely recommmend that to ya’ll. Now let’s get to the less pleasant part of our experience, which was the service. All employees were friendly and nice to us, but because some of the employees probably either forgot to put one of our meals in the system or put it there wrongly, the food wasn’t coming. After 30 minutes of waiting, as I saw other people around getting their meals before me, even though they came in way later, I went to ask the lady at the counter, whether my order is being prepared or not. She told me that the meal I ordered may take longer to prepare and that it’s ok, they didn´t forget. After another 20 minutes, I was starting to get the idea, it actually was forgotten and after another while, one of the waiters came to our table, apologizing for our waiting, that it will take just a little longer and gave us free fried potatoes. This was nice, but the fact, that he didn’t even bother admitting they forgot and kept saying it just took them a little longer made me a little angry to be honest. I confronted the lady at the counter politely as we were leaving and asked what actually was the issue with my meal. According to her, there was something wrong with what was put in the system and she apologized again for our problems. We spent 70 minutes here and if we were in a hurry, it really would bother us more than it did now. That’s the end of story. Went to Nando's, got a seat for 2 by the entrance, restaurant was getting full, we looked at the menu and decided. Calls for the waiter, she looked at us and nod. She then swerve us and went to the entrance to greet other customers (asking the number of pax they're dining for). We waited, surely she'll attend to us shortly. But NO, she went to another table, seated the guests, and went to another table, cleaned it up (when there's already another waiter cleaning that table) and just when she's done, I raised my hands and made eye contact with her, in which she responded with giving me the hand "hold up" gesture. LIKE, I'M WAITING HERE, YOU CLEARLY CAN SERVE ME ON THOSE 3 OR 4 TIMES YOU PASSED BY MY TABLE. And best part, she went to greet another customer at the entrance. Finally after 15mins of waiting, with her lazy attitude, she came to take our order. Ordered, then we waited.Then she sent the cutleries to our table, 2 forks 2 knives and tissues. Food was served by another staff, a trainee, she was friendly and smiled. She noticed that I ordered a rice menu and provided the spoon shortly after. Efficient. Started our meal, some parts of my rice was undercooked so some bites were crunchy. Sad, didn't expect this from Nando's. Then went to the cashier to pay, the first ignorant waiter was blocking the cashier. (What is wrong with this lady!) Proceed payment and left the restaurant. This is the worst Nando's experience. Truly does not deserve to be located in a high class mall like Pavilion.
