There were no apologies offered, and the staff showed no urgency or consideration. They even blamed each other for the oversight.
While five staff members chatted at the counter, one was absorbed in their phone, leaving me to return to my seat with an incomplete order. To my frustration, the remaining items were eventually placed on the pickup counter without any notification. The staff's inattentiveness was glaring.
Your customers come to relax and enjoy the ambiance, which is compromised by such lackluster service. Considering the premium price of your coffee, this level of service is unacceptable. Read moreI visited your Avenue K, KL, Malaysia (10.30 pm 19/7/25) branch and had a very disappointing experience with a female staff member. I ordered a cappuccino with no sugar, and she replied rudely, saying it normally doesn’t come with syrup, with a very unpleasant attitude.
Later, while paying with a voucher, she kept asking unnecessary questions about my bank and acted annoyed the whole time. When I came back to pay, my sister said she gave us a dirty look.
In the end, we got two wrong drinks. When we tried to clarify, she talked back with a harsh tone, bad attitude, and no explanation. We even argued in front of other customers. My friend asked for her name to give feedback, and she refused to say it then claimed she was the manager.
