TOTAL DISASTER 😓😓😓

Usually I don't really write reviews even the food isn't that tasty but... this restaurant and their staffs had forced me to give them a bad review.

1. Beef Pho - soup NOT hot at all
2. Beef slice unable to chew at all 😱
3. Fried noodle too salty
4. Coffee 😱 OMG... Coffee, Condensed milk, Evaporated milk totally wrong ratio

Worst still is this matter: due to their soup is not hot enough, so I requested them to add some hot soup for us. Then, they took our 2 bowls of Pho back to kitchen added with hot soup.

After adding soup into our existing bowls then they took another small bowl of soup (about 4 spoons full only) and serve to us without saying anything.

Anyway, we couldn't finish the beef slices, soup and the coffee. Infact that small bowl of soup not been consume at all.

So I just went to pay at the counter and also say nothing to them. They just tell me the total amount, then I paid. Once they gave me the receipt them I only realised that they charged us for the extra soup (that small bowl).

Then, I voiced up to the cashier that it was due to your soup is not hot enough then we requested for the extra soup. And I also told him that nobody from their side had informed us that they have to charge us for extra soup.

Yet he didn't apologised. And he still insisted that because we requested for the extra soup and that's why they must to charged us accordingly. He was so rude which triggered me to give them this bad review.

The management really have to look into all these, food quality, staffs behaviour, their procedures if customers asking for anything extra.

Anyway, we will not go back to this restaurant...

The place is good , yummy food , but some of the staff is arrogant , some boys staff is super helpful and warm, the girls on the other hand 👎 , keep up the good work boys and girl please offer your customers some smile, is that to much to ask? 😊

Updated review, been there for the past few month, there was an incident Happen in the restaurant, my boy accidently vomitted ,right before we left.. I was at the cashier paying for my food, i apologies and ask where is the toilet was to clean up my boy the cashier just point it out with a sour face, After cleaned my boy, apparently there was a bit argument between my husband with one of the crew,the heat elevated because one of the male crew was so rude , My husband was so mad because no one help us in this situation, left us clueless what to do, we understand no one would like to clean up someone vomit,shall we just leave?? we could clean it up but can someone point us where is the mop?? Literally no one came to us , they saw it happen then looked away !!

At least came to us and offer some help or give us option what to do, shall i rammed into the kitchen to get the mop?? The manager did apologies right after my husband asked for the mop cleaned it up. We are not irresponsible people, but show us some concern, it happen in your restaurant.

They serve good food but lack of service , we've been to many restaurant This is the first time we felt really offended and treated like foolish .

This has always been my go to place when I'm craving for a hearty bowl of noodle soup. But during my last visit. I found a small cockroach in my soup. As I was very hungry and didn't want to make a big fuss, I just called this one particular staff, showed him the cockroach and asked for a different one. he just took the bowl away with so much attitude. & Not even a sorry. he came back, with a different bowl of noodle, brought it to my table with his bare hand (no tray whatsoever) & his finger was slightly dipped in the soup. I told him that his finger was in my soup and would it be possible for him to bring it on a tray. He took the noodle back, angrily. And came back with different bowl (still without a tray). Bang it on the table, raised his hand and said "tak masuk jari saya eh" VERY RUDE! I called a different staff, and told him that I wanted to talk to the manager, he said the manager wasn't around but he could called the supervisor for me. Supervisor came and I complaint to him about having a small cockroach in my soup and the staff was being rude. He handled it well and apologized. He offered me a different bowl of noodle for free. But I refused and left the store

This wasn't the first time that the particular staff was being rude. Very arrogant. Even the staff as a whole isn't friendly. Very bad service. I stopped coming here after my very bad...
