Disappointed and horrible experience. Came to just order cold brew latte. Regular size. 5.30pm ordered and it was no customer . 3 foreign workers making the drinks and 1 local women does the serving and cleaning very promptly. Foreign worker swipe my coffee bean card and it did not pass through. Immediately told my card is old and need to change without asking me if I want to change. When the woman saw I was not happy with changing my card. She stop serving her customer and help me put in the order with breeze. After that, the foreign worker made my cold brew latte looks like ice water. Terrible, the lady came back again and did it for me . I have to waited for 30mins for a cold brew latte. I’m not against foreign workers working in our country, they need to survive too. But the way three foreign worker budge in and scold the lady that they did the cold brew latte makes me boiled. Even the lady has to wait for my order after 30mins and they can’t commit to it. I wonder prince court with high standard, hiring foreign workers but did not check if they can communicate proper English or Malay and work as professional in a franchise company. If I’m the lady has to work with three foreign workers that did not respect her at all. I will just quit...

I placed an order with them (as we had many times before) on 23/05/21 on foodpanda platform at 18:41. When our order arrived, 2 items were missing. When I cross-checked with the receipt, I could confirm that we were charged for those items. Sometimes, when we did not receive any item and was not charged for it, we knew that, that item became unavailable. I decided to give this outlet a call and a nice chap answered the call. He said that he will investigate the matter and asked for my address. If it was true that the missing items were left behind by the rider, they will still send them to us. About 20 mins later the items arrived and a phone number was included on the package. When I called that number, it was the same chap who answered my call and he included his number just to apologise for the mistake. He was the Manager in-charge at the outlet at that time. To us, this Manager was responsible and very honest. He went out of his way to make sure that we received the items we paid for. Kudos & Well Done to Coffee Bean for selecting such personalities and for training your staffs to be both accountable and trustworthy. Thank you again for this...

Update : The viral Tiramisu dessert delivery will be on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. But according to the staff, it is will usually sold out on the those days as well.

We always come here to have our brunches when we need to visit PCMC.

The menus are standard CBTL menus. I do enjoy looking at their cakes and pastries displays. The chain offers seasonal desserts which you may capture your fancy.

The petite sized cakes currently are priced at RM55 each. The warm bagels and cream cheese are delightful. You may also request to add smoked salmon for an additional charge. Mineral water cost approximately RM 5 for a 370 ml bottle.

A plate of salad will cost about RM 20 plus. There will be 10% service charge and 6% government tax at the end of the total bill.

The seating areas are usually fully occupied by patrons of PCMC. You may have to wait longer for food and drinks to arrive when it is a full house.
