It is a pity that this place does not look like it has taken off. Visited for lunch. There were a few stalls open for business but I think another half were either closed or not tenanted. Spread available comprise chicken/char siew rice, wonton noodles, claypot rice and noodles, lala noodles, halal dimsum and economy rice. There was also a hotpot restaurant and a kwai teow stall (newly opened I guess given flower bouquets observed).
Since it has been almost 3 yrs since my last economy rice, I went for that. Dishes were very limited and out of those limited dishes, quantity was limited. Suspect that it has been there since morning. Pricing was on the high side in my opinion. Taste wise, nothing to shout about. Some in my group tried the claypot noodles and feedback was good. I guess one should not expect too much of the food quality.
The environment has shored up the rating. It is a very large coffeeshop with very high ceilings and large fans hence making the place very airy and not too noisy. Reminds me of those large coffeeshops in Penang. This made dining here pleasant. Seatings are spreaded out adequately and cleanliness is what you expect from coffeeshops. I noticed some flies though on the dining tables as well as on some dishes offered by the economy rice stall. The owner should install some flies zapper to limit these menace. Lastly, parking is not free. During my visit, there was a flat...

The place was kinda empty (maybe 10% full) when we visited during Sunday lunch as probably coz most stalls weren't open. Firstly.. 5 🌟 cleanliness but mainly because its really new. Tried the Wantan Mee and the Char Siew (4.5 🌟) is excellent.. Very authentic HKish. It's those with enough fat blended with the char Siew..aimply delicious.. But the Wantan (3 🌟) is so so only. Also tried their WW Claypot Chicken Rice (4 🌟) which was quite good too.
As a rundown, they have pretty standard stalls in the food court with some decent stalls such as Lala Seafood Noodles, Pork Mee, Nasi Lemak and se Malay stalls too. There's an authentic Chinese stall (3.5 🌟) that serves Losi noodles which was pretty decent. The foodcourt is super big and there's even a Hotpot, Fishing Pond and a Mookata restaurant adjoined. Parking is easy as they have their own parking lots.
