A decent place for a cheap ($ - $$) casual foods and drinks break in-between/after work or shopping around Bukit Bintang area. Walking-distances proximity to a variety of shopping malls (Sg. Wang, Lot 10, Times Square & etc) and hotels (Park Royal, Tribeca, & etc) A variety of local foods and drinks in menu list including some localized western dishes. A decent variety of Fresh fruit drinks are available like oranges, lemon, apple, watermelon, young-coconut and etc.
Occasionally some random local fruit vendor stations nearby selling seasonal local fruits. (Durian, Jackfruits, Rambutans, and other local tropical fruits)
As for parkings, a walking-distances paid parking space are available for use nearby the restaurants.(Usually I sees vehicles simply parks wherever there's space available near the restaurant). Best option is to hail-a-ride or take the train(Bukit Bintang Station:Monorail-line near Lot 10 Mall/Times Square Mall) to the restaurant.
Decent atmosphere at restaurant (nothing fancy) if you don't mind smoke from ciggie-smokers and exhaust fumes from vehicles for the restaurant is located immediately in-between two road intersections that usually have heavy traffics day-in-day-out with traffic stops on one-end.
There's a car wash in the immediate vicinity and a Liquor Store next door selling alcohol drinks, carbonated drinks, ciggies,...
Read moreOkay let's start with the positive reviews, first of all, their keow teow goreng was so good and their drinks are quite sweet too. Also quite reasonable price for a Mamak within BB area. From what I've researched, in terms of service, it depends on what time you go there since they open 24/7. If you go there during day time, their service is extremely good where as when I go at the time which is 2am I think? Their service was quite bad and the cashier/waiter got some attitude bruh 🙂 and I specifically asked for ikat tepi for the drinks, the other guy brought it with a cup instead, I'm not angry that he did it wrong cause I completely understand you're doing night shift and you're tired but it's the lack of attention to details despite the lack of customers. So yeah, for good service, I definitely recommend going there during day time as the morning shift staffs are alot friendlier. (Didn't bother taking pictures cause all I wanna do was leave that place as soon...
Read moreThis restaurant doesn't even deserve a star. I come here and ordered nasi goreng kampung but without the anchovies. So i try asking the waitress is it possible to do that and he said yeah absolutely can. But then my food came with squid??? I already tell the waitress that i didn't request with squid at all but the waitress keep saying that I'm the one who's wrong?!!!! I'm furious, i felt like i just got scammed!! Then the price is very inconsistent! I ask the waitress how much for normal nasi goreng kampung he said rm8 and then when i ask another waitress he said it's rm8.50? I know the difference is not that much but i really hate it when someone is not honest and trying to take advantage to the customer!!! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!! I HOPE THE AUTHORITIES WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO THIS RESTAURANT AND I SUSPECT THE STAFF DOESN'T EVEN HAVE VISA...
