W Cafe Menara Shell - KL Sentral — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Came here for lunch because I felt like we have tried eating everywhere else but here. I have always thought they were only selling pastries, sandwiches and coffee and I needed something more substantial and flavourful for lunch. So, it was to my surprise to learn that they have expanded their menu awhile ago. Now, they have delicious rice bowls as well. Another reason why I rarely come here for lunch is that they have limited seats and since we usually lunch in a group, it was a challenge to dine here. However, one day we discovered that there were plenty of available seats (probably cause we came out earlier than usual) so we just sat down and ordered. They prepped the food right in front of us. Food & Value: The food is delicious—every dish I've tried has been perfectly cooked and seasoned. Plus, the prices are incredibly fair for the high quality you receive. It's rare to find such yummy food that's also so reasonably priced.

Drinks: Don't skip the drink menu! Their drinks are very tasty and a great complement to the meal.

Service & Atmosphere: The staff here deserves a special shout-out. They are all warm and genuinely friendly. I'm always impressed that they remember my name and preferences. It makes me feel so valued as a customer. They even go the extra mile, sometimes giving me a small gift as a thank you for being a regular.
