ZUS Coffee - Menara Worldwide — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I am very disappointed with my recent experience on 13 May 2025 (Order ID: 25051330864, Sequence Number: 2097) at this ZUS outlet. I had clearly noted during my order that I brought my own ZUS tumbler, but the barista still prepared my iced matcha latte in a plastic cup. When I asked why, I was told they were not trained to make drinks directly in ZUS tumblers.

This practice completely defeats the purpose of bringing — and even buying — a ZUS tumbler. It also contradicts the BYZT (Bring Your ZUS Tumbler) program that is promoted by ZUS, which encourages customers to reduce plastic and paper cup usage. Unfortunately, it made the initiative feel more like a marketing gimmick than a real effort to reduce waste.

Reviewing not for the drinks/food quality, more for the efficiency of order turnout at this specific outlet.

At most I’ve seen number of staff working is 2, but most times during peak hours there is just 1. The poor man takes and makes everyone’s orders in the morning and he alone obviously can not take the load.

My coffee is always delivered so slow - not the best experience when you’re in a morning rush. Management of this outlet needs to do better to support...

Not much of comment since not a ZUS cafe itself but instead a small cafe inside another building. The place was very neat at the conner of the building and have few seats to hangout there if wanted while waiting for drinks or dine in.

First time with ZUS and the price I should say similar like Starbucks standard. But can't say which's better. But they don have several meals unlike Starbucks but...
