Starbucks Cenang Mall — Restaurant in Kedah

The lady on counter become rude when i ask her write name of my daughter on the bottle which i bought from her Starbuks , what wrong in it i bought 2 bottles worth of 200/- ringett and on one bottle i want my daughter's name and u even don't wrote it . I thought it was policy of starbuks to write names on only drinks which were sold and not on the bottles whichs were sold but i got to know in Kualalumpur when i bought another bottle from starbuks the lady right away wrote the name with a smile that branch was on the ground floor of Art and Bonding . I hope starbuks teach there employ to treat costomers well when they are buying bottles worth of 200/- rigget ,just writting a name is...

Had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks today before heading to the airport. Starbucks may be a chain but the staff in this one makes it feel like the loveliest place on earth. Zana and her supervisor (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) go above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service. Not only did they expertly create our drinks to perfection, their friendly disposition and chat made our simple coffee break quite memorable. All good. We choose this Starbucks due to no real breakfast options early in the morning with good coffee in the city (or I'm too stupid to find one ^^) It's very close to the main place of Cenang, but this Starbucks has no view to the sea, blocked by buildings. It's a standard Starbucks with breakfast offers until 11am, you get discount on food+coffee/tea combo, 15.10RM. after 11am no combo possible. Helpful...
