Pizza Hut Restaurant Cenang Plaza — Restaurant in Langkawi Island

Would not recommend this place, We came into the store and ordered food for takeaway, we were served by Delix then i was told to sit and wait after payment by a gentleman that had given me my change , The store was not busy but after 15 Minutes we could see that people that were dining inside the restaurant started to recieve their pizzas, However those customers made their orders after us, we were confused but we waited patiently. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting and more inside diners getting their food I asked how long will our order be?..... Delix the one that served us at the till responded, Had we ordered ?

My response was yes you took the order 30 minutes ago it's for takeaway,

She then looked at my receipt and went over to a table where the grab orders go and looked at a bag that had been sat their for 20 minutes, Guess what it was ours, and no one had given it to us , the two staff had walked around that restaurant for 30 minutes seen us still sitting their but didn't think to wonder where our order was? .....We wernt sitting inside the restaurant for the fun of it!

When Delix handed me the bag, I was frustrated that no one had said anything, but we did not get an apology from anyone, instead Delix walked towards the kitchen laughing at us.

I was there with my friend for lunch. When we stepped in, no waiter or waitress passed us menu. We took our own at counter. When we decided to order, there was no single waiter or waitress available at dining area. My friend went to kitchen door to tell one of the staff we ready to order and after 10 mins, another staff came and took order for us. With this limited space of restaurant, it took the staff to pass me my requested black pepper after 10mins. Food wise, we ordered 1 creamy mushroom chicken pasta and 1 prawn aglio olio with roasted chicken wing. The pastas served first but both tasted so badly. I can cook it better with ready made sauces at home. It was so plain and appearance was so unattractive. The roasted chicken wing served almost we finished the pasta and guess what, it turned out they served us with drumettes. Pizza hut management seriously need to read this and do something. The taste we had in other branches in Malaysia are way better than here while the selling prices are almost the same. Staff left customer unattended while we can hear them joking and playing around in the kitchen. This is the worst pizza hut experience that...

The whole customer experience in this restaurant is deplorable. Upon entering the restaurant, we sat at a table waiting for a menu card to be brought to us as it was not available on the tables. The employees saw us well but continued what they made as if we had not entered. Other people enter the store and the employee at the front desk takes their order. I get up to order and this same employee gives me a menu and tells me to go to my table. For the order taking nobody came, so I got up at the counter to give my order. I then received my pizza (the size of the pizza is so ridiculous that it's useless to talk about it), it was brought to me without any cutlery or tissue.

I should point out that there were not many people in the restaurant and it was not rush hour. If you see this comment before you go there do not go, you will be...
