I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and conditions I experienced during my recent visit to your KFC branch in Langkawi. My visit, intended to be a pleasant dining experience, turned into a disappointing ordeal due to several concerning issues that need urgent attention.
First and foremost, the service at your establishment was unbearably slow. Despite the lack of a crowd, I waited for an astonishing 15 minutes without any staff members present at the counter to assist customers. This lack of prompt service was not only frustrating but also indicative of poor management and staffing practices.
Furthermore, I observed multiple instances where basic hygiene practices were blatantly disregarded by your employees. The entire premises appeared unkempt, with trash bins left outside in the dining area attracting flies. The washing area was particularly concerning, as only one sink was operational while the other remained broken. Additionally, the airblower meant for drying hands was out of order, further compromising hygiene standards.
The condition of the dining area itself was appalling. Tables were left dirty and oily, creating an unappealing environment for patrons. Moreover, the trays used to serve food lacked base paper and were visibly dirty, indicating a lack of cleanliness in food handling procedures.
To compound matters, the quality of the food served was nothing short of a disgrace. My order was delivered oily, soggy, and cold, with the interior of the items dry and unappetizing. This subpar quality not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also raises serious concerns about food safety standards.
In light of these numerous issues, I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the experience I had at your KFC branch. The level of neglect and disregard for basic hygiene and customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I am certain that if the Ministry of Health were to inspect your premises, immediate action would be taken to address these grave violations.
As a paying customer, I feel cheated and scammed by the substandard service and quality of food provided. It is unacceptable to charge customers for such a dismal experience. I urge you to take immediate corrective measures to rectify these issues and uphold the reputation of...

I went in there around 6pm+, there was only 1 staff working, environment doesnt look very clean either, as well as the speed of service...cause you know..its 1 guy on duty.
They have their Jimat menu laid really well on the table, nice and clear. I decided to try their Jimat Menu 1 Piece Chicken Rice Combo (RM10) and addon promo Cheese Wedges (RM2.50). Specified that I wanted Breast Meat, and the chicken was served hot, fresh pretty Big too. What I realised now..then I return to KL is that the set there serves wedges as their side dish instead of coleslaw/w.potato which is indeed bang for bucks.
Whole meal didnt fail, suprisingly, but not sure about others...but thanks for making this...
Read moreWe had a late lunch here after arriving in Langkawi. It’s a busy KFC outlet, but I think some of the earlier negative reviews deserve attention. First, they had several rice meals and Nasi Lemak options displayed, but none of them were actually available at that time — they really should remove unavailable items from both the display and the menu.
As for the chicken, it didn’t seem very fresh or satisfying. It fills you up, but not in a way that makes you feel great afterward. The place was active, and the staff seemed overwhelmed — just a small delay caused a long queue to form at the counter. It’s not a place you'd visit for a great dining experience, but it’s okay for a quick bite while exploring Pantai Chenang and...
