Black Canyon Dataran Pahlawan Megamall — Restaurant in Malacca

I was from Black Canyon a while ago but lost my appetite after a very bad staff service. I came not once but once I really lost patience with staff who didn't know what service was. What's the point of charging a service charge but the service was very bad. The story is this, I arrived in the restaurant then asked a staff is there an empty place? with a hurtful facial expression he replied yes. but I do not care maybe fatigue. then I sat at a new table on his lap with a wet condition. then I asked him to wipe again but he replied that he had just finished wiping. so I asked for a tissue for me to wipe myself. he innocently let me wipe myself and just stood next to me while watching. I was very angry and told him if I wanted to wait for the table to dry yet of course until tomorrow it can be dry because it is too wet. he stared at me with an angry face and I lost my temper. find the store manager and tell me the problem that happened but this manager is just as useless. and let me argue with the staff. yuna's staff said I asked for a tissue for me to wipe myself but she didn't understand the response of the customer who was angry. she should have a sense of responsibility to wipe the table again. even though I went to a roadside eatery. the price was cheap. the service was more or less the same for what to eat there. when I talk this shop is hot again will slow down for a dry table and the staff answer why come here. go to another shop. workers at the mall dataran pahlawan melaka and other friends have happened many times but this time I represent everyone will boycott to come again. johny's restaurant service is better than this shop.street restaurant like the windmill very good service even the manger & staff so friendly. This restaurant the most customers favourite & bisy but not like black canyon.poor & bad service. Even many times i when there never make feel comfort & happy..manger terrible.staff don't have knowledge...

Situated next to Johnny's Restaurant (another Thai restaurant) in Dataran Pahlawan, Black Canyon provides delicious Thai food suited for Malaysian taste buds. Ambiance here is quite fantastic, staff here is very friendly and attentive. Especially manager Ku Ahmad and waiter Hom. The waiter helped us order by suggesting the value for money sets. We decided to go alacarte, chicken cashewnut and green curry chicken rice. The chicken cashewnut was very flavourful with burst of onions, spring onions and of course the cashewnut. The gravy was fantastic. The green curry chicken was outstanding and very good value for money as well. Tastes really good, not watery and perfectly creamy as well. The tomyam is to die for. First reading about reviews, I am worried about the services here. But when I dine here earlier. Turnout it was not that bad.

I order glass noodle, seaweed soup and ice chocolate. Ice chocolate was damn good. Right sweetness. Ngam-ngam The soup, it does taste good and delicious. Tidak mempunya bau rempah yang kuat. Sesuai untuk orang yang suka makanan with less spices in it.

In terms of services, it does not take so long. Kudos to outlet as they were using robot to serve food and drink. It was my first time experience it. So, surplus point from me.

Last but not least, bila mau bayar di cashier. They ask me how's their services and the quality of food serve.

Overall, it is good and definitely will try it again (I heard Tom Yum was their best dish). Looking forward to go back...
