I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the incredible team at Zus Coffee, Dataran Pahlawan ā Danny, Adam, Erina, and especially Reen ā for their exceptional and "go the extra mile" service.
While trying to locate the MBMB Kiosk to pay a parking compound, we were informed by Danny, Adam, and Erina that the kiosk was no longer available. Though disappointed, we appreciated their honesty and decided to look for an alternative. Thatās when we unexpectedly met Reen.
Not even knowing she was a staff member at Zus Coffee, we approached Reen for directions and recommendations. Upon hearing our situation, took it upon herself to assist. She returned to the counter, retrieved our summon details using her MelakaPay app, and even discovered a mismatch in the vehicle registration number. She went above and beyond by calling the MBMB hotline and ultimately advised us to head to the MB building for further assistance. Danny, Adam and Erina was also actively assisting in the matter too.
This kind of service is rare and incredibly heartwarming ā especially as a tourist unfamiliar with the area. The team's willingness to help, even when it had nothing to do with their job, speaks volumes about the values and customer-first spirit of the Zus team. We received first call from the staff at 3.47pm saying late delivery due to difficulty to get a driver and cancellation is not allowed. When we got our drinks at 6.00pm (3-hr waiting) the drinks were not newly prepared which were the one made after order received. We are soooooooo dissapointed and angry because when we accepted their suggestion to wait for available driver after the first call so expected the quality of drinks will be maintained.
