I went to this pastry shop a few years already. The bread such as Bagel (Blueberry, Purple Sweet Potato, Raisin Walnut Flavours), Butter Bun, Butter Milk Bun, Cheese Soft Bun, Chicken Floss Bun (Original & Spicy), Chocolate Donut, Chocolate Mexico Bun, Coffee Mexico Bun, Cranberry Walnut Bun, Cream Cheese Bun, Custard Soft Bun, Danish Fruit Croissant (Strawberry & Blueberry Flavours), Ferrero Chocolate, Fruit Party (Almond & Strawberry), Japanese Polo Bun, Polo Bun, Raisin Cheese Bun, Red Bean Bun, Sweet Potato Bun, Yam Bun and some of their new creative buns (Mr Banana) are very nice to eat. Furthermore, their Swiss Roll (Black Sesame, Chocolate Oreo, Cranberry Blackcurrant, Double Chocolate, Greentea, Red Bean, Lemon Cheese, Yuzu Shuffle) taste delicious too. Other than that, the shop Chilled Products such as the Europe Cheese Cake (Original & Blueberry), Dubai Chocolate Cake, Hokkaido Cup Cake, Cheese Golden Cake, Japanese High Calcium Cheese Cake, Japanese Light Cheese Cake, Pandan Cheese Cake, Salted Cheese Cake worth a try. Finally, the shop Cream Puff (Plain & Chocolate), Croissant Egg Tart & French Tart (Blueberry Cheese, Chocolate, Lemon, Strawberry Flavours), Fresh Fruit Jelly (Grape & Mango, Strawberry, Lychee, etc. Flavor) are very delicious too. Last but not least, the service of the shop is good. I strongly recommend this pastry shop...

One of the lady staff should be fired. I stood there with my mother for 3-4 mins holding heavy tray full of breads and waiting for my turn and 2 aunties (seriously, learn some manners, shame on you) decided to cut queue by putting their trays in front of us.

When i said excuse me to these 2 aunties who pretended not knowing that they cut queue, the lady staff told me that i should queue instead. I contemplated walking out straight to be honest. Are you telling me that this lady staff didn't notice me queuing in front of her for 3-4 mins?

Yes the 2 aunties bought 3-4x worth of what i am buying but you should treat every customer equally (i was not buying 1 bread only either). Selling premium and expensive breads but providing such a bad service. If you want to play preference, next time put a sign that you only serve customers with over RM 100 purchase.

Still prefer the guy staff to be honest. The lady also purposely avoided telling customers who are eligible for loyalty card that they could get discount by writing the details back when the card issuance was delayed.

Will avoid going to this store if they continue this stupid...

This bakery located in Kota Laksamana serves the most exclusive cakes, buns, swiss rolls, egg tarts and pastries, but the price is fairly expensive. There are many choices to choose from here and the items here sell out fast, especially on the weekends. AMBIANCE: Cool and cosy, ample space to look around as well. Wide air conditioned cabinets for the cakes. STAFF: Okay, attentive. But, they can become a bit rude during the rush hour.
