The receptionist and pet taker are so friendly. Tip top service attitude. This place is newly opened for public, hence the facilities are quite new. Various kind of pet animals to be allowed for petting such as puppies, kittens, baby goat, alpacas, reptiles. Very nice renovation.
However the drinks are nonetheless very common and abit pricey. And the visit experience turned unsatisfying.
Should you come in small groups, please be note that your drinks will be removed from dine in table if unattended. The restaurants have a “No Drinks at pet zone”, hence should provide a table card for guests to flip up or down to inform waiters/waitresses if guests want their table not to be cleaned up because after finish petting pets, they will be returning to this table continue for eating. Hence my true experience from above events after return from petting cute animals, looking forward to my cold refreshing drinks but instead the drinks being removed and the bar worker said: “why no inform us not to be remove”. This happened during 2pm at a hot sunny Saturday.
At least put up a sign that must inform guests to inform waiters to not to clean the table. For a first time visiting this place, not every guests that they need to know this policy. Please improve and inform when guests visit to your place so there will be no miscommunication between guests and the staff.
A very good place to visits pets. Kindful owner to adopt so many pets. Just maybe look forward to the pets only and not the drinks...

The last petting zoo I went to was at the outskirts of Ipoh, in Chemor. And I'm thankful that D'Pets Kingdom is open near the city centre. Part petting zoo, part cafe and part pet hotel, the cheerful staff and handlers are more than happy to assist visitors through the various sections of the petting zoo.
Entrance fees are a bit expensive, RM38 for adults and RM28 for children, with an option to add RM15 for a meal. The petting zoo has a few distinct sections, from reptiles to dogs, cats, furry animals, and goats. The alpaca advertised was nowhere to be seen that day.
Having said that, each section was a delight. It's educational and of course fun to meet the wonderful inhabitants of the petting zoo. The highlights for me were the chill capybaras, the extremy lovable exotic shorthair, the furry and friendly husky, the hyperactive retrievers and the pomeranian who could stand on two feet.
Also the scorpions.
The cafe is alright, a selection of mains and desserts for convenience. The portion is big and I quite like the taste. Just the selection is a bit small.
Overall, a fun visit and I'd love to revisit if the...
Read moreVery limited parking. Lousy place with very limited animals to view and Interact. The entry ticket is costly vs services and animals to view . Not worth for money. The enterance for adult is RM 38, kids is RM 28 and senior citizens cost at RM 28. The staffs are not well trained, except one indian Sikh guy taking care of reptile in 2nd floor is quite familiar with the reptiles. Other staff not even knew where is the animals from. Apalka could have been placed beside pool near dogs area instead of second floor. The cafe is smelly too. Toilets for visitor is not well maintained .Very dirty..certainly the price is not match the total animals placed for viewing. I'm suggesting to visitors please don't waste your time and money here. Go and look for other petting zoo or real zoo .this place kinda making fake and false promo to attract money in priority. Overall experience is BAD and definitely would not...
