KFC — Restaurant in Perak

My last buy from here. Years ago staff not focus their job. Last few month super salty. Now tasteless like attending funeral. No more 11 herbs and spices or maybe use 2% only and mix with unknown flour. Chicken is dry.

Staff got training but no discipline, no greeting, no thank you, no smile. Only when i say thank you then can reply thank you.

Been here for a few times and every single time i had to wait for at least 15mins although there were not many customers. The same happens to drive thru, every customer before and after my car were given our drinks and were asked to find parking and wait for our food. This has also caused cars to double park because there are not enough parking for the cars waiting for their orders. The staffs were also all walking slowly as they bring our orders to us. I was told this place is not good for it's chicken even though it's located centrally. I didn't listen then I regret it. The chili chicken was dried and the batter was not sticking to the skin infact it was half coated. The normal chicken though was good.
