One of the better noodles specialty restaurant in Taiping which is highly frequented by locals- it is conveniently located near town and Taiping Lake Garden.

You can choose your preferred noodles (kuey teow, pan mee, yellow mee, bihun, wan tan mee) and choose your method of cooking (curry, dry or clear soup). The noodles come with minimal ingredients, so, you can add on some fish balls to complement the noodles.

My go-to would be the dry kuey teow as the noodles are flavourful and delicious though it look simple. Best to pair with a bowl of fish ball cooked in curry soup.

What a pleasant place for simple yet delicious local breakfast. It's actually located inside the North Perak Chinese Chamber of Commerce, where you gotta go down to the open carpark to see it. They serve wantan noodles (must try), various soupy noodles, pork nasi lemak. Their Hor Ga Sai (literally, tiger bites lion, in hokkien) which is a local drink with brewed coffee and milo is really excellent. The place is clean, spacious, great air ventilation--overall really pleasant experience....
