The drive thru counter staff scold me for checking the brown paper pack contains the food in front of the counter. Of course I need to check because I had experience before that I didnt get what I ordered. And I only took a few seconds. The staff told me to get into the waiting parking area if I want to check.
OKAY FINE. I went and parked and checked again. YES, THEY MISSED OUT 1 OF THE BURGER as I suspected. I WALKED back to the drive thru counter request them to add in the burger that they missed out. Yes they add in after checking thru the receipt, but the burger WAS NOT EVEN WRAPPED PROPERLY. But the most bad thing was, the staff didnt even say sorry to me for their mistake. DO THEY EVEN TRAINED ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER PROPERLY? I DONT EVEN SAY ANY BAD WORD OR SCOLDING THEM BACK.
This was not the first time though that I experienced bad service, previously I didnt get the Happy Meals toy because the staff forgot to pass to me during the 1st payment counter. I thought they put in the Happy Meals box. For new drive thru customer, remember to ask for the Happy Meals toy if they dont give you at the payment counter.

I’d like to share some feedback regarding a disappointing experience I had at your drive-thru around 7:20PM on 5th June
Unfortunately, several parts of my order were incorrect: • I ordered an add-on corn for RM2.50, but was charged for a large corn and received a serving that was frozen and icy. What you expect me to do with? To microwave it by own? • I specifically requested 1 Spicy and 2 Regular tenders, but received 3 Spicy instead. • I ordered 2 Happy Meals with nuggets, but each box only had 3 pieces of nuggets, which is not standard.
