It was not a pleasant experience, Mr Lau who is in charged of front counter didnt mentioned that bacon is unavailable when i decide on the package that i want before we were shown our designated seat. So once i seated, the other serving waiter name Mr Bin, informed me that the bacon is not available as i have picked the Happy Fill package RM 39.90 per pax. So Mr Lau came to my table and just informed the same thing, i asked if there's any replacement to what is not available, because this is short changing customer. He just said sorry no, replacement and its the company policy, so may be i want another package, but there is non other that is similar. I told him this is not fair to paying customer, as we were not informed in the 1st place, then he said yes it was label as not available in 1 menu and some customer took it away. So, since you are in chargef of the front check in counter, why cant you informed customers verbally or make sure the copy of menu is right there with correct information ? Then he said, sorry for our mistake and so would u like another package? The serving waiter who was serving my table then approached Mr Lau, saying perhaps can replace with pepper pork which was on another package. Oh ok,! That was all fine by me then ... so the point is, this Chinese Mr Lau on the front counter is inefficient and incompetent compared to a foreign staff Mr Bin. Here i would like to compliment him Mr Bin, who wore a black frame glasses medium built body. He is well mannered, responsible and efficient! Although the meal i had this time is no longer like those days, where you get to squeeze the quarter lime... the food and service quality has gone...

I used to like your food before But 1 utama branch is the worst, did you train your staff well ? I asked him can they pull up the curtain, because it's too dirty, the staff just answered me "No,cannot " with unpolitely

The environment really feel dirty, I feel like I'm having my meal in a Garbage Chute

Another thing is they served the food what we never order Then what we ordered, they never served ordered 3 dishes, but come 1 dish only

I asked the waiter, do you have local staff or Chinese staff, he answer with not happy mode and said no, don't have

Do they just scolded by the boss is it ?why all same like don't want to work here ?
