Went on 31 January 2025 for CNY gathering with family of 2 tables.
Not so crowded.
The food variety was OK at best.. (not what i would call a "myriad of Local and International Cuisine" as seen in their advertisement.)
Seafood was OK too. Sushi section beside seafood section was not good.
Grilled Section looks a bit hectic when there's a lot of orders. Diners have to remember to bring your table numbers provided in small cutouts so that the waiters at the grill section know which table to bring the food to when it's done. Types of food at grill section range from meat to seafood & satay.
Dessert section was OK. Shave your own ice for ice kacang, some ice cream potong, small slices of cakes, mousse, fruits (some aren't sweet), and sago which had no label so diners have to self check by stirring to see what it was..
The worst one was the pasta bolognese which I really felt was brought out & reheated from the previous day to be served... (refer to photo with red circle & text)
That was particularly horrible as the pasta was still partially hard and the sauce tasted weird..
Overall experience was below average.
1 World Hotel opposite has better spread & is more value for money.
Parking was RM 5 but another relative mentioned he paid a whooping amount of RM 20.
Perhaps the hotel could provided information for those who drive there on where to park as well as the rates.
Not a place that I'll be returning to or recommending for buffet.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere are several issues with this restaurant. For the breakfast buffet, the food stations are placed too far apart while there aren't enough variety offered. There's only 1 type of sausage and it's a cocktail sausage. The tandoori chicken is underseasoned while the only seafood in the entire buffet, the teppenyaki fish is just edible. I also don't like the chicken and beef salami while the croissant is not as crumbly as I'd hope. The other 2 types of baked pastries are just passable, nothing to shout about. Most of the local fares aren't something I would enjoy as they're too carb heavy without much protein.
However, the beef bacon is good while the cheese platter was nicely presented with strawberries, peach and kiwi as accompaniment. There are brie, swiss emmantal, edam, cheddar slice, feta, and blue cheese among others. I'm also quite fond of their coffee machines. They also offered a few types of yogurt while the selection of fruits is quite good. Unfortunately, the good doesn't make up for the bad and thus in my view isn't worth the price of admission.
Taste factor: 3/10 Return factor: Not for the price charged, and they need to seriously include some other seafood especially for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent there for their lunch buffet promo, decent selection for rm39 the food taste is acceptable. However, the cleanliness is really questionable. First, there were flies around the desert counter so I totally avoided taking deserts after I noticed the flies. And the worst part is I saw the waiters cleaning up the tables beside me after they left, THE TABLE MATS ARE ALL NOT CHANGED! All they did was lift it off the table, wipe the food off the table and placed it back. oh gosh... those mats have accumulated dirt from the previous guest, there will definitely be food, saliva, and all sorts of things on it, people put their cutleries on those mats, how could you not change them after it has been used? And let the next guest use it and unknowingly lay their cutleries down with all those bacteria growing on it? Have covid not thought you guys anything?? I really could not accept this especially when it is in a hotel where there should be standards. Never visiting this restaurant ever again. Please upkeep your cleanliness standards and train your staff on proper...
