The food was decent at this price level. While the setting was promising, the experience as a whole did not quite live up to what was anticipated. Here are the few aspects that contributed to a disappointing overall experience: We requested for window seat when made reservation but was informed that they’re unable to promise. The tone of reply wasn’t as courteous/ professional as expected. We arrived before 6pm, the window tables were all empty. Unfortunately, our request for a window table was not accommodated, so we thought the tables were all reserved. However, there are several window tables remained unoccupied throughout our meal and were still empty when we left. After we were seated, was informed that the Tiramisu not available on that day. As we came for birthday celebration, we then decided to buy a cake from 1U. After we finished our main courses, we asked for our cake. After several reminder and long wait, the staff finally brought our cake to our table, but it was served in its original packaging, without any presentation or the candle being lit. Even getting staff assistance to light the candle was difficult, which took away from the celebratory moment. The service fell short compared to what I’ve experienced in more casual restaurants. Parking. The website showed that the parking rate is RM3 with validation. However, when we pay, it was RM10 (~3hours). We then checked with the staff if they did not validate the card properly, then we were informed that the RM3 parking rate only applicable for entry after 7pm. It would be helpful if the website provides accurate information as we would have then opt for another car park nearby at a much lower cost. Not to mention I’ve actually tried to check with the restaurant about the parking rate prior to my arrival, unfortunately there was no response given.

In short, food and environment was great for a casual dining, but definitely not recommended for...

First of all, I made my reservation via WhatsApp and clearly stated that I would like a window table. Your staff replied that they would try but could not promise. That was fine with me. On the day, I arrived at 6:30 PM when there were only about few table occupied in the restaurant. There were still two available window tables, so I requested again to be seated there, but I was told that they were reserved. My question is: were those reservations made earlier than mine, and how did you determine that?

Again, I let it go. Later, a couple who had been seated at one of those window tables left after about an hour. This was my third time requesting to move to a window seat, but I was again told the table was reserved. We stayed until after 10 PM, and that same table remained empty until we left. Are you telling me that the next reservation for that table was at 11 PM? That is absurd.

I know your response might be that the reserved guests didn’t show up, and that’s fine. But surely you have a policy where a reservation is only held for a certain period of time, right? If so, why wouldn’t you proactively offer the table to other guests—especially those who had already expressed a preference for a...

I recently booked a table at this wonderful restaurant for my husband's birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The decor was stunning, with the restaurant beautifully decorated to match our requests, which made the atmosphere feel special. The view was amazing, adding to the overall charm of the experience.

The food was absolutely delicious — I would rate it a solid 10/10. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We spent around 100-200, which I felt was completely reasonable for the quality of both the food and the service.

The music playing in the background was the perfect touch, creating a relaxing and festive atmosphere that added to the overall experience.

The service was exceptional as well. Two staff members, Mr. Shabul (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) and Ms. Malasey, took care of us with such professionalism and attention to detail. Mr. Shabul even helped us take some pictures to capture the moment, which was so thoughtful! They ensured everything was arranged perfectly and made our evening even more memorable.
