A particular piece of the chicken was literally uncooked whereby the flesh was still raw and there was still blood in it. Raw meaning the meat was literally pink, I did not know that KFC had been serving options of rarer, medium rarer and fully cooked.
My fiancé decided to let the guy at the front counter know about this and he said would you like a change of that particular piece of chicken and my fiancé agreed for a change.
Within a minute a lady manager came over and said “TO WHAT I AM SEEING THIS IS ALREADY COOKED AND SINCE YOU HAD ALREADY ATE THE CHICKEN , which my fiancé had pulled out the parts of the chicken flesh to be eaten and that’s how she found the meat was uncooked, SHE SAID THERE IS NOT NECESSARILY NEEDED FOR A CHANGE” in a very very loud voice where is was a shout. To be honest my fiancé did not ask anything in rude manner as we are not those kind of people who’s after free things.
We are regulars at this particular branch but things had gone out of hand today as that particular lady manager should learn proper customer service ethics and also understand the implementation of ISO 9001.
From physical observation the female manager just looks frustrated with her job as the staff which are appointed with her on duty at that time were all looking very green as in they were just appointed for the job and she would had to assist them in getting the runnings of the outlet done and she was clearly not happy with that as it was all written over on her face.
I witness all this after my fiancé came back to the table we were sitting at and said calmly that this is what happened but she did not mention the unnecessary shouting that she had receive which had been heard by several people including me which was just sitting around that area. So before leaving I had got to the counter to find staff that I knew as we are regulars there and told him that this is not right to be done and as a manager she should have manners, and please inform this to your manager.
Just take note that in order to whole a leading position kindly do study about the position first in terms of learning its procedures and ethics on how to react according to situations and environment and I really hope this sort of rude and foolish act will not be...

Slow Food - Ordered at 8:19pm and it took more than 30mins to collect the food as the chicken weren't ready. The rest of the food and one of the chicken were sitting at the counter. They could have given us the rest of the order rather than leave out for more than 30mins. Other food were cold by the time they served. Melted ice cubes in the drink. They should have showed on the ordering kiosk and counter that it will takes 30mins till the chicken is ready so that the customer can decide whether or not to order. Not sure what is fast food anymore, fast food that takes more than 30mins is a joke.
Unhygienic - one of your staff plays with the kitchen tongs while waiting for the fried chicken. putting on her jaw, elbow, shoulder etc....It's just inappropriate and very unhygienic.
Ignorant staff and worst service - All your staff were standing behind the counter, facing away from the customers. It's like saying don't ask questions, just wait. This is terrible, you could have tell the customers to sit down and wait and you will deliver them to the table once it's ready or offer to cancel as it will take more than 30mins. We ordered at the Kiosk machine, and had no problem with it until we finished paying, expecting a receipt, but receiving nothing. Thought to ask for help, then noticed the ‘press for help’ button. Pressed the button a few times to be ignored. Went to the counter for assistance, got smiled at by the jolly employees, who at the time, seemed to be making jokes with one another, giggling around. The female worker insisted that she’d received the receipt on her end, but ignored me when I asked for a physical print out. I suspect she either wasn't sure what I was on about, or had no clue how to print another receipt. Order arrived a reasonable amount of time later. Only when I got home did I notice they forgot half my order.
Here is the ‘receipt’ attached to the box of my order, and a picture of the order in question. The drinks were full when received, and we just got thirsty, so we took sips. Also I received an unordered container of coleslaw, which makes me wonder if she just gave me someone else’s order with an extra coke.
