Unbelievable. Before ordering 4 burritos under their 'Doubles Deals' just now I asked them the flavours, combination etc so that we can have 2 sets of burritos for dinner. Pointed to the cashier what I wanted to get, ie Crispy chicken burrito (2 of them under double deal) Stuft burrito (1 chicken, 1 beef) Nachos fries separately
Paid and waited, looked at my receipt halfway and reconfirmed with the cashier about the items I ordered, she said yes it's correct. The beeper they gave didn't even sound, collected when they called the order number 4 (about 4pm)
Before collecting we were sitting in front of their preparation window as usual, saw them taking out the tomatoes in one of the burritos by hand since we didn't want tomatoes but they put in anyway by mistake. It's already unpleasant to see them pick out the tomatoes using their rubber gloves...
At the collection counter they handed me the wrapped paper bag and asked me if it's in order. I said the bag has a sticker, so I'm not sure if it's correct. The other girl proceeded to open up the paper bag and looked at the screen and said it's correct. She took out the friends fries and put it in the table, the fries touched the table top...I had to lift it up to avoid further contamination..
They problem is, I ordered by pointing at the picture on the counter, that we wanted 4 burritos.
At home, we only found out they packed 2 burritos 2 sets of tiny chicken tenders (not crispy chicken burritos X2) Nachos fries
Lesson learned, please check your packed items and orders before you go home with what you think you bought. Even after asking the cashier whilst waiting, why the receipt says chicken tenders when I ordered crispy chicken burritos, she still said it's burritos.
It's really disappointing to rely on them to reconfirm the order, double check and in the end have incomplete dinner items.
How can the order be for chicken tenders only (2 tiny pieces of chicken) when I specifically POINTED OUT the RM17.95 item in the picture????
How can they pick out the tomatoes which they put in accidentally in front of us using their gloves???
Loss for words, Taco Bell. This review stays. Our mistake was not to have inspected ourselves there when the other girl was looking through...

Ordered the Super Value Bundle which comprises of:
CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME - A flour tortilla layered with ground chicken, warm nacho cheese sauce, a soft flat taco shell, sour cream, fresh lettuce and diced tomatoes.
CHICKEN QUESADILLA - This one’s for the cheese fans! If you want to keep things simple, but classic and next-level cheesy. A grilled flour tortilla is packed with a melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend, grilled chicken and creamy jalapeno sauce.
LOADED GRILLER - A warm flour tortilla layered with seasoned ground chicken, Mexican seasoned nacho chips, warm nacho cheese sauce and creamy jalapeno sauce, which is then grilled to perfection.
CHOCODILLA - A lightly grilled tortilla filled with melted chocolate.
Verdict: I was expecting it to be another overhyped fast food chain but I was wrong!! The food was delicious, service was efficient and cleanliness was well maintained. The only problem is that all of the items ordered actually tasted the same 😂 If you were blindfolded, you wouldn’t be able to distinguish between any of the 3 savoury tortillas…the chocodilla was the only exception. They also made a mistake with the choice of protein for my quesadilla (they gave me ground chicken instead of grilled chicken), so I ended up having ground chicken for all my wraps 🥲🥲 I guess the base of it all was just ground chicken and cheese sauce; that’s basically all you can taste. I did enjoy myself but it would have been better if there was more variance in flavour. Will definitely be back to try their tacos…just waiting for someone to...
Read moreOrdered delivery on bell combo 2. What’s disturbing about this combo? They missed out the nacho chips that was supposed to be part of the combo. The chicken taco consists of one 3 inch long, 1/2 inch thick chicken. Just 1! If u r charging that much, perhaps you could at least put in 2 strips or more? See pic. At first I could not even find de chicken strip. I save the last for the burrito. Context: I don’t even eat Taco Bell when I live in LA. But I thought “how bad can it be in KL”? It was my worst burrito I have ever eaten. With all due respect 🫡. A sloppy attempt from what I can see, unpacking the burrito. The 8 inch tortilla shell was apparently way too big and they clearly did not want to pack it in so it’s floppy and saucy, drowning in mayo like sauce and with just a butter knife spread of minced beef when I paid additional amount for minced beef option. Where’s the cheese? The thick glob of salty sauce was the main ingredient from what I can taste and see. It was worse here because they can hide the meagre ingredients in a burrito vs taco. See pic. The only thing that tasted halfway decent was the minuscule container of guacamole and the tortilla shell for wrapping burrito and taco.
Unless Taco Bell relooks their QC, quantity control, better food prep training, and if my experience of Taco Bell Tropicana is any indication of the current general quality, the crowds in this community who can afford to eat tastier food, will be looking for more...
