Bad service Walked in at 9.20pm and there was only a sign that says “Take away last call 9.45pm”. Your staff named ? Bluebell pointed directly at me and did a “shoo”ing gesture with his hands asking me to leave.

Of course I was confused as he did not mutter a single word so I didn’t know what he meant. Did he wanted me to wait to be seated? Or that it was closed? If he had just said “Sorry our kitchen is closed” I would have understand and respected that.

But he just kept pointing back at the sign which was about takeaway and literally shooed me out of the shop like a stray dog. Another female staff walked pass and asked if I wanted to takeaway and when I said dine in, she allowed me in. Bluebell doesn’t seem happy and he snapped “Kalau dia nak suruh order kat sini(counter)”

I’ve feedback to another female waitress as she brought over my dessert and as we left (BEFORE 10pm), 2 female waitresses apologised for the male staff’s behaviour, while Bluebell denied he was being rude and ARGUED he was pointing to the “we are closed” sign (which was only placed AFTER I had taken a seat). He denied shooing me away and said he told me they were closed which was a LIE because he did not even bother to say a single word but just simply shooed me away without any explanation. Am I just supposed to decipher your hand gestures? Is this how you treat your customers? And not a single “sorry” from him.

Please look into the attitude of your staff. The dessert was ok but your staff had ruined my experience. Will definitely not recommend this place to my friends and family.

UPDATE Came back 1 year later, decided to give this shop a second chance. This time the branch manager was extremely rude. My friends were walking to sit at a table while I went to counter to order straight. Manager at the counter asked in a really rude tone “WHERE IS YOUR TABLE!???” Then as my friends sat at a table, he proceed to take my order angrily. Mind you, he was tapping at the computer screen harshly and throwing menus onto the table (definitely not putting it down normally). Even my friend beside me was shocked. I glared at him, to which he asked back “WHAT!?” I ignored and continued ordering, thinking to myself, never again. Please do not go to this shop. 2/2 times I went was a nightmare. 🚩🚩🚩Service here is horrible. Stood there waiting to be seated and nobody came, we sat down and was pretty lost. What is the point of your board "Please wait to be seated." We did not know whether to wait for the menu and order or order at the counter. We tried to flagged down the waiter but he just looked away. I gave up and went up to the counter to look at the menu to order and he took his sweet time walking to the counter.

My friend ordered the Ginger Milk Custard; ginger taste was present and custard is silky. I ordered the Mango Pamelo Sago it was not served cold but a little lukewarm which did not taste good AT ALL and had a sourish hint. Had really bad stomachache 1/2 way eating here and went home puking throughout the night.

Ambience 0/5 paired with poor ventilation system, left the place smelling oily.

So many reviews talking about how bad the service is and the owner's response were "I will definitely take note of this to prevent others from getting this similar experience while dining with us." Bruh, so many months still no improvement?

Alternative to Snowflake - that's what I can think of when I step into this restaurant. I ordered the taro ball series with grass jelly. I like it because it didn't taste too sweet. The taro balls consistency was prefect, just enough chew/bite (not too hard nor too soft).

The have other dessert in their menu and all in one page. The place is near to the new 1U area and I only encountered this place when I'm on my way to the new surau.

At first glance, you can see the place is like a chinese restaurant and I thought its a non-halal place. But they put up 'muslim friendly' and 'pork free' signage.

Surprisingly, they actually got their Halal certificate this year (go check their FB page). I suggest that they should put the Halal logo bigger instead of the current signage. It will make a lot of difference.

We can makan tanpa was-was!

They only accept e-wallet and they accept no cash - which is good. So go check it out.

p.s: I gave 4* since I just tried the taro balls. Maybe I'll update it again after...
