Indo Padang (Gaya Street) — Restaurant in Sabah

Bad services. Already order the food early before come to the restaurant but at end the food that been order already sold out. The staff there only tell the food is no longer available after waited for our food for 1 hour. The nasi ayam penyet that manage to be serve to us taste really salty, and chicken is really dry. The restaurant environment also not clean, got big flies and the restaurant really smelly like something rotten in there. The water that been serve to us the kitchai ais not taste like kitchai at all, the water taste really weird. Btw we order the food via whatapps around 10.30am and reach the restaurant during lunch hour at 12.00noon sharp. It is not reasonable for the food to be sold out because you just open your shop at 10am and before 12noon you already finish your food stock. Plus we did order early before come. It just so not acceptable. Your staff should tell us early that some of your food source already run out so that we can go to other restaurant or your staff can tell us directly through the whatapp that you guys cannot fulfill our order so we all can cancel our reservation. We feel really dissapointed. Your restaurant still need a lot of things to be improve. No offense and thank you. All this happen at gaya street indo padang branch on Wednesday...

Today is the 7th of September 2025 So i came here with my mum and dad The food is ok but the service need to improve So guess what my parents order Sayur Nangka But hmmm so sad u can see from my picture Cuma ada satu slice nangka and yg lain hanyalah lodeh The taste i think ok lah but byk yg x available sbb habis The spice ok lah The service perlu improve bhgian serve and perlu follow up dgn kitchen apa yg ada apa yg xda And its a bit messy at the back i can see it from the table that i sat… And i can hear the conversation between the chef and staff clearly Seems like they don’t like...

The most terrible and horrible food experience with IndoPadang ordered through Grabfood! The food serve in cold(should be in hot/warm) which my place to deliver from the shop within 1km. All the chicken served without skin even though it is ayam penyet not sure what is the problem. The food presentation is the worst experience ever, wrong and not suitable packaging to be used which all food mixed together and when u open the food you feel like the rubbish food, no more appetite and look very disgusting!
