We are extremely disappointed with the service we received during our visit today, especially as regular customers who have always supported your establishment.

We arrived at 8:00pm with Miss Gui Lan and placed an order for five dishes. Despite being early, we had to wait for 1.5 hours while another table that arrived later was served before us. What made matters worse was being told that there was no plain rice at all available to accompany our dishes — including soup, London duck, and la zi ji.

We were asked by Miss Michelle, the captain, to order Yang Zhou fried rice as a substitute, even though it was not our preference. We reluctantly agreed, as we had two children and a pregnant woman at the table who had already waited for over an hour.

Just when we thought our food was finally arriving, we were informed after an additional 20 minutes that the remaining three dishes hadn’t even been prepared yet.

This experience was nothing short of unacceptable — especially on a special occasion like Mother’s Day. We came with high expectations for a warm, celebratory meal and instead left deeply frustrated and disappointed.

We urge the management to look into this matter seriously. The claim that there was “no rice at all” in the kitchen is hard to comprehend and reflects poorly on both kitchen operations and overall...

Yesterday, me and my wife both family came here for lunch after our ROM. It was my first visit to your restaurant, and we ordered the Peking duck, which is a signature dish in your restaurant. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the dish. The duck skin was extremely soft, and there was too much sweet sauce in the duck wrap, making it hard to really taste the duck itself. Additionally, the meat had an unsatisfactory texture.

I've had Peking duck at other restaurants that was far superior to this. Compared to what I’ve experienced elsewhere, your duck was slightly smaller and didn't seem worth the price. I believe I could find better options at other places for the same amount. We also ordered some dim sum, but those were not as good as what competitors offer either. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the food.

Prior to selecting this venue for our post-ROM lunch, we thoroughly compared several competitors. Ultimately, we decided on this place, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We were left quite disappointed by the experience.

Dined at the restaurant with my family today after reading quite good review with 4.2 star rating online.

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing and rendered they are not even worthy a star.

Firstly, food quality was extremely poor, lacking in taste & flavour and overrated.

Additionally, the staffs were superbly rude, disinterested and inattentive (that blue colour shirt aunty) which contributed to a negative dining atmosphere.

Considering the subpar quality and experience, the prices were unreasonably high and to spend it at this restaurant is definitely not worth at all. You can spend your money at better dimsum restaurant like Xin cuisine, etc

Just hope that the restaurant can address these issues to provide a better experience for its customers in the future.
