Oiso Korean Restaurant • IOI City Mall — Restaurant in Sepang

I have been to other 3 branches of Oiso and have no issue and this is the first time I visit Oiso IOI Putrajaya, and it will be my LAST.

• The portion of food is less compare to other branches. The beef bibimbap comes with no egg and the portion is so small unlike other branches (I can eat one plate and already full, here still hungry) • They using simple vegetable with little volume and simple bachan .no zucchini, spinach, anchovies+peanut etc.. • I received Bibimbap in black clay bowl (other branches serves in grey natural stone bowl which make it hot longer which I really really like). •Tablewares chipped

Amongst other things, the WAITERESS SERVICE NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED! • Did you know that other people can see your actual "air muka" under that face mask?Waitresses' "air muka" here, really shows their disinterest. • One incident happen a lady customer is standing at the restaurant's hallway, not knowing that a waitress holding a meal is walking towards her. The waitress did not even say "Excuse me miss" or say/gesture anything to the lady customer that she was there, wanted to pass by. In the background, the staff in counter/kitchen area said to the waitress "Ahh langgar saja langgar saja" and yes, the waitress 'langgar saja' and the lady customer's handbang was swing harshly and almost drop from her shoulder , NO SORRY FROM THE WAITRESS WHATSOER. she was a senior citize.. ❗️Oiso IOI Putrajaya...

I don't know if it is just me or the food got little bit pricey but the quantity reduced too much? Went here like one year ago and the side dishes were a lot that I keep recommending this place to my friends. The generous owner would give us free seaweed and now we need to pay RM3.90 for it. Food wise, the food is okay but I think the meat inside my jjigae is just one prawn and thats it. Kinda disappointing. Their fried chicken is nice flavour but bit dry. Now let's talk about the customer service. The customer service here is really BAD. I know that I dont look presentable that day, just wear my tudung sarung with jeans and shirt but I'm still human and not an invisible. As usual after writing down all my orders, I keep raising my hands to call the waiter to get my orders but I GOT IGNORED COMPLETELY! After fee times trying one waitress get my order but she just take the piece of paper and rolled her eyes without repeating the orders. If you are tired then don't work. i’m quiet surprised Oiso at IOI has 4 stars on Google. I have been going to Oiso Curve and Bangsar for years now and the food never disappoints me as much as Oiso IOI has. I ordered my usually dish here but the taste is very off and the portion is small. The broth has strong seasoning, some veggies are not added, and the ones added has small portion. Kinda disappointed as ive been going to Oiso for years, and it was not as per expectations. Was relieved that i ordered 1 meal to share, otherwise it’ll be double the disappointment . Maybe the management here is different from Curve & Bangsar, hence the SOP is different? Idk~ Probably gonna stick to my usually outlets. Besides the food, the staff and environment is alright.
