The food is ok, just a little small. Maybe more suitable for those small eaters. Here's the thing, one of the staff (auntie) was very rude. There was an order (BBQ beef) that didn't arrive after 30 minutes, so I called this aunt to remind her nicely. Before I could finish my words, the aunt took my order paper directly, looked at it, then threw the order back on the table and left. I picked up the order paper, I realized she just ticked (served) the food that wasn't serve yet without saying a single word or a body language sign. I thought she was going to the kitchen to tell the chef but I saw her standing at the counter as nothing just happened?!

Maybe the auntie was in a bad mood (dark face all day), so we called another staff member to confirm that our beef was still cooking. The staff went to the kitchen and returned to us "sedang buat". We asked again after 30 minutes and it was still in the process of "sedang buat". Maybe our beef is still on the plane and will take a long time to arrive. So we decided to cancel the order.

We were actually celebrating a birthday, but last night was the worst birthday celebration of my life.

Food is not good...honestly the wintermelon is a hype and doesnt hv any taste at all....i would have much rather cook maggi at home and i will be much more satisfied!!! Food was a huge disappointment and to make things worse...the service. Its very bad. I dont usually comment bad unless its very bad. I’m not expecting some tip top service but at least smile a lil and when i asked for the winter melon to be removed. The waitress told me no. Cannot be done. Shes just lazy and don bother to even do it...

This restaurant is so packed and the food is a super duper letdown. I am writing this review because i believe paying customers should see an honest review.

Theres only 1 good service. One of the waiter went the extra mile to remove the wintermelon which takes up the entire pot, makes it hard to scoop the soup. So thats why i gave them 2 stars. Price wasnt cheap either...i was wondering if i was in a...

all the review are overrated. don't go before 8 if you want to eat, there is a small queue...and all like to double park in that street but nearby street still got alot parking.. why ar? food portion: small (i can understand if expensive item that give small portion but even normal vege, mushroom, also small, but the price is around rm3-rm4 for vege. you can define yourself. soup base: signature wintermelon base dont have any wintermelon taste and the original soup based is already salty more ever you eat until end. just don't feel want to continue anymore. using real fire: i really dont mind, but for outdoor seating is a bit hot for my leg coz the fire just on top of your leg. homemake chili: is only look red but where is spiciness??
