I really wanted to have a brown sugar milk tea. Before even looking at the menu, I directly asked the staff if they had brown sugar milk tea. He pointed at something on the menu and told me, “This is the brown sugar one.” So I said okay, I’ll take that. But when it came, it turned out to be a milk tea with no brown sugar at all — it was charcoal instead. Does this mean the staff didn’t get proper training before starting work?

Then my sister wanted to order their Dinosaur Bingsu, but one of the toppings, gummy candy, wasn’t available. We said it’s fine, you can just replace it with something else since we mainly wanted that particular flavor of bingsu. I ordered a Pineapple Passion Fruit Tea on 16th August 2025 from the Bandar Puteri branch, and I found Glass/Plastic pieces in my drink. This is very dangerous as I chew on the passion fruit seeds/pineapple.

I might've also unknowingly drank the Glass/Plastic pieces. I immediately disposed of the fruits after noticing them.

Please revise your SOP thoroughly and educate staff to ensure food safety for consumers. I have been a repeat customer for as long as the franchise has been established, and this is the first time I found this issue.
