Compared to my visit two weeks ago, there were more customers today during tea time. The food was excellent, especially the kaya butter toast, which looked appetizing and was very crunchy with generous butter.

The restaurant's atmosphere is calm and private, but it feels unchanged from seven years ago and looks quite dated. An upgrade would provide a fresh experience for regular customers who have seen the same decor for years.

As for the service, the staff could benefit from being more friendly and engaging, rather than acting robotic with no eye contact or communication, even with the QR ordering system in place.

The restroom also appeared worn and not particularly clean.

Overall, I enjoyed the high-quality food and fast service. However, improvements in service and the environment could help attract...

To the owner, your staff are doing really good and kind job

Yesterday, we are having a business talk, it was 2pm and not much customer during that time.

One of us accidentally spill off the drink, it was a mess, and your staff politely come and clean it, and request us to shift to another table, so he can clean it.

He, a man, who was so polite and, we apologise for our mistake, but he is fine with that.

While. We shifted. For less than 10mins. Without asking, a new drink was serve

I Have My Morning Breakfast At This Coffee Shop. I Ordered Western Breakfast Platter With French Fries As At Menu But I Received My Meal With Popia Roll Instead Of French Fries Upon Query I Was Informed That French Fries Are Out Of Stock & The Coffee Shop Staffs Didn't Inform To Me That French Fries Are Out Of Stock Can Replace With Popia Roll Or Not. I Feel Disappointed With Their Action Because I'm Pay For The Food & Their Should Ask Me If Their Wish To Make Change In My Ordered Food & NOT Make Change...
